“Relaxing break with friends”
Mattress not to comfy. Room was clean. Luis was fantastic doing the aqua gym I really enjoyed it! Flipping fantastic service is epic staff go out of their way for anything you may need. 100% recommend to anyone who needs a break from every day life

“beautiful Hotel”
Beautiful hotel overall, rooms very spacious and cleaned every day. food was amazing with plenty of variety, lovely helpful staff... wanted to return in July but sadly fully booked .. not surprised ! We will try again for later in the year or next year xx

“Fab hotel entertainment amazing”
Fantastic hotel entertainment was so good give star for the crew raquel is. Fab so entertaining brilliant in the kiddies club also fire show amazing Relaxia all stars was amazing too do gunny love it. I had a fab holiday x!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely holiday, the hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent with lots of variety and always fresh although the dining room could do its some more staff but overall very good service. Drinks - the slushies were poor and tasted like chemicals, we felt the spirits were poor except for some. The animation team were some of the best we have seen and they were very welcoming and the entertainment was up to a very high standard. The kids club was slightly disappointing as it was a room further away and not many children with little activities. The resident cats were lovely and very well cared for some even sat on the seats. The fitness opportunities were exceptional with stretching on every day and water aerobics on every day except for Sunday. They also had a gym which was well equipped with equipment. The pools were amazing but beware that some were cold but the main pool was well heated and had lots of space for people to lounge. We had issues with the toilet and the bath, it was never completely resolved but from our understanding the hotel is being refurbished soon. There was excellent pieces to buy souvenirs and watch football and other sports. We would definitely go there again as we have had a good time and really enjoyed our stay.
