This was a lovely hotel, and would definitely recommend, we stayed for 5 nights all inclusive, the hotel was in a perfect location, few minutes to bars, shops, beach, yet so quiet at night, The rooms were great, we travelled as a family of 3 and we had spacious rooms in the apartment, bedroom, kitchenette, lounge, balcony, the bathroom good although door a bit transparent when light on! We had sea view so did have to travel up a lot of steps to room, was a bit daunting with a 18kg suitcase but managed 😅 The staff were lovely, the reception was really helpful lots of information, and as I’m Gluten Free, advised on food in dining room and what was available etc. The food was what you would expect of all inclusive but perfectly fine, at breakfast they had a GF breaded section with separate toaster, only issue was I would of preferred more allergy information on the dishes, I was told I could eat certain things, but the poor staff found it a little difficult to understand me so would help if it was signed and I wouldn’t need to keep bothering them as they were really busy. The pool staff were great, although pool very 🥶 cold. In all great place, we went out most days but always returned in a coffee at the pool bar ☺️ can’t fault this hotel during our stay 5 out of 5.

“Another Fantastic Stay”
We are just home from another fantastic family holiday at The Relaxia Lanzaplaya. The boys had a great time, big thanks to Alex again for brilliant entertainment for the kids by the pool including games, face painting and making them swords etc from balloons. We are just home from another fantastic family holiday at The Relaxia Lanzaplaya. The boys had a great time, big thanks to Alex again for brilliant entertainment for the kids by the pool including games, face painting and making them swords etc from balloons. Evening entertainment also very good we really enjoyed the music quiz and the night Alex dressed up. Apartments are lovely and cleaned regularly including changing towels regularly. There is a great selection of food and it is all very nice, we went all inclusive the burgers and hot dogs at the pool are great the kids love them we also really enjoyed the sangria making by the pool and the prawn paella was delicious. Staff are all very friendly and helpful also, nice to see the same staff everytime we return. We are looking forward to returning in July.

“Overall thoroughly enjoyed”
Hotel facilities good. Rooms excellent. Staff very friendly. Good choice of food in main restaurant. Not overly impressed with speciality restaurant. Good location for main strip and beach. Overall thoroughly enjoyed stay and booking again for next year.

“Not good 😐 👎”
To many steps all round. Only lift was from reception to the 1st floor, where the pool and restaurant are. Very hard to get an apartment on that level. No one too help with luggage, we are pensioner's and we counted how many steps from reception to our apartment. There were 50 steps!... 50 down.… more

No one too help with luggage, we are pensioner's and we counted how many steps from reception to our apartment. There were 50 steps!... 50 down. Three or four time's a day. You need to be fit. The entertainment room is also on same floor as reception. The entertainment was cancelled on three of the nights we were there, we ended up playing cards in the lounge. We also saw families, with babies in prams, and their elderly relatives with them. Struggle to get up all those stairs. Apart from that, it wasn't to bad, but our bedroom window had a big bush covering the whole of the window, blocking out the sun completely. Our bedroom was freezing cold all the time. The air-conditioning only blew out cold air, it would not warm up at all. Sorry too say, we won't be going back again.

stairs stairs and more stairs, 14 stairs up 20 stairs down to a room with no view, and no exit to the street from the furthest part of the complex so back to the stairs again. this was after emailing and requesting rooms with less stairs due to being elderly, even had a woman on a zimer frame next … more
