“Nice apartments.”
Rooms very spacious very clean apart from some men’s undies at the back of the wardrobe on the bottom shelf. So must have been people before left them and they weren’t spotted we just left them. €3 a day for safe no problem. Pool was nice but we didn’t go in some put feet in and said it’s feeezing.… more

So must have been people before left them and they weren’t spotted we just left them. €3 a day for safe no problem. Pool was nice but we didn’t go in some put feet in and said it’s feeezing. We were only there for a long weekend for a birthday 10 of us. Staff were very nice. Not good for people with mobility issues. Bar prices were good. We had breakfast once €15 buffet was ok. Good location. I would recommend but remember it’s on cardiac hill I was breathless when I got up to reception but I’m not the fittest person but I managed my hubby was fine.

The hotel is ideal for us. We have stayed here 3 times in last 2 years and will return. We want a good quality self catering apartment, near to the beach and restaurants, with a good pool in a quiet well run hotel. Kontiki ticks all the boxes. It also has an excellent solarium and there are plenty of good quality sunbeds. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The whole place is always clean and tidy. Wi-Fi is free and works well. The short walk (3 mins) to and from the beach & restaurants is via a short but steep hill if you take the direction route. Not a problem for us. Also, if you use a coach transfer you will be dropped off about 200 yards from the hotel because of access issues. Again, not a problem for us. Highly recommended.

Booked through Jet2 and what a find these apartments are. We had a one bedroomed apartment. Perfect for a couple. We had a terrace with a sea view with two comfortable sunbeds for our private use. The apartments are just off the strip but no noise or disturbance. Ok it is February but we were well impressed with this. Apartments are well appointed. Crockery and cutlery hob microwave kettle and toaster. Nice fridge and they leave you dish soap and a tea towel. Lovely pool area sunbeds with mattresses and pool towels were provided. You only pay 1 euro to change them. Room cleaned every other day to a very high standard and if we had one gripe it would be poor quality towels but you do get two towelling bathrobes to supplement. The complex ask for your feedback while you are there which is great and when I mentioned the towels we did receive more so they listened. Great location for port and strip and is literally a stones throw from the beach. There is no lift so maybe not so good if you have mobility issues or buggies but we really could not fault our stay Didn’t try the restaurant but looked lovely. Front of house staff super friendly. Would we come back. For sure

A beautiful, comfortable and exceptionally clean and well presented hotel. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are really lovely. The outside space is fantastic, the pool is amazing and so clean. The sun deck overlooks the sea and has what must be one of the best views in Puerto del Carmen. We will definitely be back.
