“Spotless!”
Place is spotless. Ideally located with a small shop round the corner. Bars an seafront are between 5-10 mins depending on your walking capabilities. Really great setup up wheelchair users. Spent 9 nights at nautilus in matagourda . 1st time in this small town close to PDC na d the airport . Nice stay . The complex was truly accessible for mobility issues although we haven't we understand the demand for this facility . Had a wonderful designer chic feel . Seems the owners have good contact and an eye for style . The reception is also a art gallery . Less than 5 mins into maragourda town centro. About 30 mins walk to PDC or a bus from the top road would take 10 mins . Complex and pool was clean . Hydraulic loft into the pool for wheelchair users . Good patio to bathe in the wonderful lanzarote sunshine and shelter from the lanzarote winds . Cleaning maids to the apartment were friendly but too early for us . Leave it another 2 hours . They came before 9 . Planning to return next winter and happy to recommend d to others .

Currently staying in the Oceanic Suite (Feb 10-22) I'm a partner in a very busy & socially demanding business and have come here with my husband for a well deserved break after our busiest period at work (Christmas & local festivals) and to celebrate our first wedding anniversary on the 14th. We chose Nautilus because I have read all the lovely reviews about how peaceful it is here. We're in our 40s, we're not party people and this is the most perfect hotel for 100% relaxation! It's quiet, no bar noises, no drunk neighbours arguing or kids running around screaming. We feel completely unbothered by anyone which is a first! Everyone that stays here seems to be respectful and considerate, unlike many other resorts! In the suite is a private garden where we can sit undisturbed and enjoy our own plunge pool. We also have private sunbathing on the roof where we get the sun all day. I find sunbathing comfortably around strangers quite difficult so this has made our holiday so much more enjoyable! The staff are fantastic, friendly & helpful, they will quickly sort out any problems you may have. Housekeeping is to a great standard! The grounds are well kept and beautifully clean. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. There's everything you need for self catering (although fantastic restaurants are mere moments away) There's a lot of lighting options, a plethora of plug sockets in any area you could think of including the outdoor areas! The shower facilities are great and our bed is extremely comfortable! We love it! I'm so happy we chose this hotel and we have many more days to enjoy it, I just couldn't wait to start my review because it's so nice here! I will most likely add to this before we leave.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at Nautilus, a lovely clean complex with fabulous art work around, within a few minutes walk to all amenities, bungalows are spacious & cleaned to a high standard, a big shout out to Lidia, she was so friendly & each morning had a lovely smile for you, the beds were comfy, lovely loungers on the patio along with beach towels, just booked to return in November

“Great for older people or people with mobility issues”
This certainly isn’t for families. The apartment we had wasn’t the cleanest and when we brought this up with the rep we were told it was due to the calima. This certainly isn’t for families. The apartment we had wasn’t the cleanest and when we brought this up with the rep we were told it was due to the calima. The pool was cold as expected but the life guard had no personality and was was not very welcoming of our child with ASD. The resort was very quiet not great for families. There was very little at the hotel either. It’s a great location for walking to Matagorda and lots of lovely places to eat. The staff were ok at best. Didn’t have much to say and weren’t as friendly as other places we’ve stayed. Our safe key was broken and they didn’t have a spare and insisted they had given us the key when they hadn’t. We were upgraded to a more substantial apartment as they said Jet2 didn’t give them the message that we needed a ground floor apartment. They told us they were fully booked however they weren’t anywhere near full the wheel time we were there.
