“Nice atmosphere. Family friendly. Kathy's bar is great”
First of all have to say Kathy's pool bar made our holiday so much better... the staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. First of all have to say Kathy's pool bar made our holiday so much better... the staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. We were lucky to have a pool bar as I don't think many other apartments in the area do. There's not too many beds by the pool so sometimes you have to get up earlyish to get some. There is no air con which I was worried about but I was surprised how cool our room was when the windows were opened... its so windy in lanzarote so there was plenty of breeze. You can hire a fan though if needed. I stayed in a room on my own with 2 teenage daughters. There were 2 beds and what I can only describe as a very old and flat seat. The only way to make it comfortable was to put all the back cushions underneath. That would be my only negative. There are bars and supermarkets on doorstep and short walk to old town but bit of a longer walk to new strip and beach...be prepared There are a lot of hills and steps to the new town and strip...if you struggle to walk this is not for you. Room was cleaned/towel changed once during our 7 day stay which I think is the norm. Nice atmosphere here for family's.

Good spot close to old and new town 10 minute walk each way. There is a short cut to the strip if you don’t like the hills. Close to Lidl and spar. Food reasonably priced the staff very welcoming Quiet at night, good vibe. Pool clean regularly cleaners in regular Kids had a ball. No complaints… more
