We stayed at Livvo Las Gaviotas in January and had a great stay. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly receptionist who checked us in quickly and efficiently. We stayed in a superior apartment, in block 3, which was very clean and had most things needed for a self catering stay. We emailed in advance a few requests, all of which were accommodated, this made our stay more enjoyable. We have already booked for next year and would definitely recommend this complex.

Recently returned from 10 nights at Las Gaviotas, our 5th time at least. The apartments/bungalows are rated 3 star but don't let that put you off they are really good. They are clean, and have everything you need for a self catering stay. f you book a superior apartment you get your own private sunbeds and each area has its own swimming pool, ideal for children. We stayed in area 3 which has its own snack bar serving drinks, coffee and snacks. Nothing is too much trouble, we asked for additional pillows and they arrived within an hour. Reception staff are very approachable and multi lingual; they will help you with your spanish if you are brave enough. The apartments are cleaned 5 times a week and towels changed twice. The cleaning staff are good, ours sang all the time! Matagorda is the quiet end of Puerto del Carmen and has its own commercial centre with bars and restaurants. Would recommend this property for couples and families.

“Lovely hotel”
Lovely clean and comfortable apartments. Staff were great, always on hand to help with any queries. It’s a nice walk on the flat along the promenade to the shops and restaurants. Will definitely go again and can thoroughly recommend! A lovely place to stay!

Spent a week in Block 8 in Las Gaviotas and it was a quite enjoyable experience. Check in was easy the receptionest gave us all the details about the complex and arranged for tansport to take us to our accomodation. Spent a week in Block 8 in Las Gaviotas and it was a quite enjoyable experience. Check in was easy the receptionest gave us all the details about the complex and arranged for tansport to take us to our accomodation. The rooms were large and bright and it had been cleaned to a high standard. Some defects soon arose. The doors didnt close properly. The bathroom door would shut but you had to force it, likewise the bedroom door. It didnt spoil the holiday but I thought it worth mentioning. The cupboards were rather high as well. The beds were really comfy. There was only one pillow and a sunlounger was broken but one phone call and more pillows were delivered and sunlounger was speedily fixed. Good service. The sun terrace was a sun trap, really good. The day before checking out I went to arrange transport and was told that she would arrange for a taxi to pick us up at our appartment and just leave the keys inside. All in all a good stay.
