Lovely hotel. Very clean, great facilities and perfect location . We had a holiday booked on the island but decided to stay on an extra few days so moved across to this hotel for our final few days . Would defiantly stay again. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a side sea view room which was lovely. Everything you could need including small fridge and microwave. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The pool area was spacious and clean . Plenty of sun beds available in January . Poolside bar reasonably priced .

“Consistently Exceptional.”

Currently staying at Las Costas and as always everything is to perfection. We always stay here when in Lanzarote and it never disappoints. This is our 20th stay and we often bring family & friends who love it as well. Everywhere is immaculately clean, the staff are hardworking polite & helpful from reception, dining, waiting & outdoor grounds staff, everyone is of the same high standard. We own a self catering business ourselves so we know what guests expect and we know what to look out for if properties aren’t being maintained properly. Las Costas ticks all our boxes. Brilliant Sauna, games room, Gym, swimming pool, laundry room and beachfront location with beautiful promenade walkway. Breakfast can’t be faulted really good food & lots of choice. We don’t have evening meals so I can’t comment but the restaurant is always busy every evening and having spoken to other guests they really enjoy the evening meals. “Not as expected”
Reception area is bland and uninviting .We had a sea view room with a very small balcony which was disappointing and got the sun for around an hour and a half in the morning , which may have been lucky as there are rooms which would get no sun at all on their terrace. plenty sun beds at the p… more
Reception area is bland and uninviting .We had a sea view room with a very small balcony which was disappointing and got the sun for around an hour and a half in the morning , which may have been lucky as there are rooms which would get no sun at all on their terrace. plenty sun beds at the pool tho. the gym was adequate but the weight equipment is very dated.. Positives. Nicely tended garden areas, All the staff were very nice and friendly. the food selection at breakfast and dinner was generally good overall,must mention Luis in the dining room,nice lad and a good worker. Although the hotel is about to undergo a refurbishment i dont think we would go back,it just felt like an expensive apartment complex.

We thought we were getting a sea view from our room But we have had better sea views when staying in Tias The room has a feel of a prison cell with high walls at the entrance door which is possibly why the door had been jemmied in the past The balcony overlooks the roofs of other apartments and you have to stand to look over the wall to see the sea This is really sad as the rest of the complex is first class But our experience with our room will reflect on our discussion to return
