I stayed at this hotel with my husband from 22nd December 2024 until 2nd January 2025. From the minute we entered reception we were amazed at how clean everything was. The reception staff were patient and very helpful and knowledgeable. We had requested an adapted room as I have mobility problems and that it what we got. The room was huge with 2 beds pushed together to make one enormous bed which was the most comfortable bed we have ever had on holiday. The bathroom was perfect with everything you would expect for an adapted room except there was no storage space. A couple of shelves would have been great to store our toiletries. There was a full sized hairdryer which was really good and actually dried your hair. We have been to so many hotels where the hairdryer is like a baby breathing so this was great. The cleaning staff came every day and the cleaning was done to an exceptional standard. We have been to many hotels in Lanzarote and have always encountered cockroaches in our room ( which I absolutely hate ) but not so in this hotel, we never saw a single one. The staff throughout the hotel were the friendliest we have ever encountered. There was never a problem getting sun beds any time of day The food was very good although sometimes a little cool. There was always plenty of choice at every meal The entertainment was very disappointing, in fact most evenings we were back in our room by 9.30 pm The WI FI was very patchy, OK in the room but useless anywhere else We noticed a lot of people with coughs and colds and we found out that several people had stayed in bed for a few days. Unfortunately I succumbed to this 2 days before New Years Eve, and I then had to stay in bed until the day we came home. I couldn’t eat, had a dreadful cough, and all I could do was sleep. So we missed the New Year celebrations. I felt really ill coming home, in fact I still do, and I have since taken a Covid test and it was positive Until I was taken ill, we were so pleased we had chosen this hotel, the overall feeling of being welcome is something rather special

We stayed here from the 15th December till the 28th mad to feel welcome from the minute we got there rooms are lovely and clean and very spacious and cleaned daily , always plenty of sun beds pool is warm and a nice jacuzzi to chill out in . Food is good and always plenty of it . Hotel is in a perfect location for great walks with great restaurants . We were so impressed that we have already booked our Christmas stay here for next year .🎄

“Pure Bliss!!!”

We visited this hotel from the 18th Dec to the 28th Dec. I gave the hotel full marks because it met our needs. The buffet restaurant was fine. It had a variety of foods and whilst some things may not appeal to everyone, there was plenty in there to find a meal. They also did 'LIVE' cooking. It closed at 9pm after 3 opening times. All the staff were great in there. The pool bar also served food and drinks from 11am till 6pm. The cocktail bar opened from 6pm till midnight and served cocktails and other drinks. It also provided the evening's entertainers. I'll leave you to rate that yourselves. I had a go at karaoke one night and received a rapturous applause after singing '3 Little Birds'. The pools outside looked nice. They say the main one is heated in winter but some said it was cold. Still, many kids were in it having fun as the 21⁰ heat was always blazing down. The animation team were around daily till late with activities for both adults and kids. They were always smiling and full of energy. There are plenty of loungers so no need to panic. However, you might not always get the best spots as some put towels down very early...as usual. There's a small gym and a sauna which i used a few times. There's also a games room if kids get bored. The main road and beach isn't too far. Down the road to the left is Matagorda and the airport. To the right is the Puerto Del Carmen strip with shops, pubs, restaurants etc and the 'Biosfera' Shopping Centre. We had 10 days of relaxation and thoroughly enjoyed it.
