To be honest, I am a bit baffled about some of the referees here, but they are personal experience and personal opinion 🤷 Just a fantastic week. The staff are lovely with a special mention to the main animacion member Joan. He made all the activities such fun with his own rules. He was brilliant, even if he does still owe me a diploma for mini golf on Tuesday. He never stops. He's active and fun from the second he walks onto the hotel grounds, chatting to people, bouncing off other guests with high energy and lightening the day. He deserves his own diploma. My other special mention is to the bar man who's name began with Ay. I meant to take note, but he got me drunk on white rum, blue slushies🤣, I'm sorry! He was great too and always willing to help and knew what I wanted. all the staff, cleaners, maintenance, reception, were all lovely. The lobby was squeaky clean and the place kept lovely. The grounds keepers have shaped the trees, so look out for as many as you can see. The food was nice, always a pork, beef, fish and chicken dish, but also theme nights like Chinese. There's a reason I put on so much weight after a week! Well located with shops near by (The spar over the road sells Irn Bru!), a beach across the road and a short bus or taxi ride to Puerto del Carmen. Local bars and shops are plentiful for souvenirs, chargers, clothes and snorkels! Look out for hotel cat. He's a black cat that sits waiting for fuss during the day. He's lovely and friendly. Beware of the ginger cat down by the bars on the sea front, he's spicy! I feel I could go on more but 90% have probably already stopped reading! Thank you to all the staff for their hard work, we miss you already and only left 14hrs ago!

“Amazing place with my family”

First time here and it's been the absolute best holiday. The apartments are huge, we had 2 bedrooms. Cleaned everyday. Staff are so friendly and always on hand. All inclusive so the food was plentiful and a variety of main dishes every time. We stayed in room 1301 which is by the fresh water pool... more

First time here and it's been the absolute best holiday. The apartments are huge, we had 2 bedrooms. Cleaned everyday. Staff are so friendly and always on hand. All inclusive so the food was plentiful and a variety of main dishes every time. We stayed in room 1301 which is by the fresh water pool as we requested. Buses easy and right outside the resort. Fab area for little shops and a spa. Lovely walk into the main strip of the town. Just everything about this place is amazing and I would definitely return.

“Floresta”

Love this place, it is located close enough to shops and restaurants without being "too close" so you don't get the noise. Spotlessly clean, staff are brilliant from reception, restaurant, cleaning and maintenance staff. The apartments are a good size and well equipped.

The hotel of two parts. One part the quiet side that thankfully I was in. The other part was awful. Loud. Drunks. Kids screaming. Darts. Pool. Might as well have gone to Blackpool. Hotel very clean. Very safe as you are locked in. All staff lovely. Gave up going to the bar to get a drink as it was a long walk. Went to spar instead and PAID for drinks to put in the fridge. Food was great. But coffee in restaurant awful. Very entertaining watching towels being put out from 0645 only for the staff to remove them! Not once were the loungers cleaned around the pool. Was expecting them to be hosed down everyday. I would recommend this hotel if you have children and/or a large family group. The two bed apartment was excellent.
