Enjoyed another weeks break at La Geria. Having been coming for several years you notice the hotel has been consistently improved .by investing in improvements for example in our room which he had last year the new patio doors were a welcome addition in other areas improvements had been made. Enjoyed another weeks break at La Geria. Having been coming for several years you notice the hotel has been consistently improved .by investing in improvements for example in our room which he had last year the new patio doors were a welcome addition in other areas improvements had been made. The staff are very helpful and reception staff always willing to help and advise. We had a housekeeping issue which was sorted immediately with very good customer care. Location is very good with access to the promenade and beach straight out of the hotel gate.A pleasant stroll either towards Puerto Del Carmen or the other way is enjoyable. Supermarket within 5 minutes either way out the gate. Bus service to Arrecife, Puerto Del Carmen or Playa Blanca 5 minutes away. Plenty of sun beds. Highly recommended

“Wouldn’t go anywhere else now”

We’ve been to several hotels in the area and I can honestly say we’d not go anywhere else now We were bed and breakfast and breakfast was excellent, always hot with plenty of selection and never a queue There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool, no getting up at 6am to claim a spot The rooms were clean and very nice, the recently updated bathroom was lovely and the shower was fantastic It’s in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and 2 spar supermarkets The staff were lovely, nothing was too much of a problem We had a speedy check in and everytime we needed to speak to reception (free pool towels, mini golf, booking taxis) they couldn’t have been more helpful We went out every night, so can’t comment on the evening entertainment but there seemed to be something each night and plenty in the hotel bar waiting for the entertainment.

Returned last week from another relaxing holiday at this lovely hotel. We have stayed here many times in the past and love its friendly atmosphere and the place is always spotlessly clean. We were all-inclusive, breakfast was always busy with plenty of choice, lunchtime quieter and dinner busier but again with plenty of choice there was always plenty of fish on offer, various meats freshly cooked on the grill and various salads or vegetables. All-inclusive drinks were just local brands, there was some choice of cocktails and you get a discount if you want to pay for international brands. This is a relatively quiet hotel, evening entertainment (some acts we thought very good others not so good) finished by around 10pm but there are lively bars and restaurants just a 5-10min walk up the road. Location of the hotel is excellent, just across the road from the beach always plenty of sunbeds by the pool, pool towels are provided. Restaurants and small shops are also a short walk away. Overall we had a lovely stay and will return again next year.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. Friendly staff (although their knowledge of the english could be better). We had a spacy junior suite in one of the corners of the building with two terraces. Dinner in half board is good but not exceptional. I can imagine that breakfast gets a bit boring after a number of days (we only stayed for 3 nights) ; there is a lack of nice fresh fruit however. Population in the hotel is typically on the older side.
