This must be about the 7th visit to this hotel. The staff work really hard and are so friendly. From reception to housekeeping there is always a smile. Lovely gift left in the room which was a lovely surprise. Great choice of food and reasonable prices. The resort was quiet, which we like but loads of local buses to get around cheaply. Take coffee and tea as kettle and cups supplied and water in fridge on arrival. It’s great to get a friendly welcome from the staff who remember you. Highly recommend if you like to be on the beach and they have a lovely pool area.

“another wonderful stay”

This was our 6th stay in La Geria. from 8th till 13th December. We have been visiting this area of Lanzarote for 32 years, for most years. We love this hotel. The staff are absolutely first class, every one of them, from the lovely welcome at reception, to how well the bar staff look after us. I like how breakfast we wait to be allocated a table by the smiling restaurant staff, so much better than milling around. Breakfast had plenty of choice. We had a fabulous room on the 4th floor with sun all day, and amazing views. same room as last year, thank you. We also had lunch twice at the pool bar, very reasonable and tasty. beautifully served and presented. The hotel has had refurbishments to the rooms, the bathrooms are beautiful with the walk in showers. new patio doors and generally redecorated and lovely and fresh. we had a very much appreciated surprise and a card saying thank you for being repeat customers.. a beautifully presented cava in an ice bucket a a fresh fruit platter. Jet2 offered to move us due to pool noise and work. I am so glad we didn't, there was none whatsoever. thank you La Geria for a wonderful stay. H & M

“Beds are amazing and slept like a baby every night”

Bring your own tea and coffee.Because there is a kettle in the room but none are supplied. Hotel is lovely and clean. I am currently in Room 365 on the 3rd floor with an amazing view of the beach and town.Look behind you and you have a view of the solar panels at the hotel but beyond that is the mountains , which again are amazing. The beds are extra large. And I have slept soundly every night. The rooms do have air con, a kettle and large screen TV. Although sometimes you have to share the same side of the bed to have a full picture of the TV. Shower and toilet facilities are all up to date and your room is cleaned every day if you desire. Hotel reception is 24/7 and most of the staff Speak good english. Pool areas are lovely, clean and tidy, and the beach is approximately 30 seconds across the road Once you have left the hotel. A good selection of bars and shops are not a 5 minute Walk away, but the main town area is approximately a 20 minute walk But worth visiting. If you are coming here soon the Christmas market is in full swing and the temperature hovered around 20/ 21°.Which is better than the northeast in the uk. I have only booked Bed and breakfast so can't really comment on the food. Although breakfast choice does include a full english and all of the usual cereals, as well as the European options. There are snacks available at the hotel throughout the day.Pizza and the like which are generous portions. Around 8€. There is entertainment on at the hotel most nights.which is what it is. it's not Las. Vegas, but is something to watch. Drinks are served at the table so there is no queuing which is a nice touch. I cannot comment about the full board options or anything because I was only B&B. There's a gym on site , but I have never saw anyone using it. To finish on a positive hotel is lovely. Its in an excellent location.Staff are lovely, food is delicious and there are a lots of dining out options close by. We had a lovely relaxing time
