Check In: Perfectly fine! We arrived late at night and the receptionist Room: Very clean, everything we needed for self catering. Don’t expect much in the room if you want to cook, but I think it’s doable. We stayed for 7 days, our towels were changed 3 times, beds changed once but they came in everyday to mop, empty bins and make our beds. Entertainment: For the kids, I would say the entertainer is fantastic. We traveled without kids but I can see how much fun all the kids that were here had. There are sessions everyday apart from Sat & Sun, from foam parties; water sliding, ping pong, the list goes on. Food & Drink: We had lunch at the snack bar everyday, it’s great value for money and very tasty! Pizzas are lovely! Salads too! A portion of fries is €3.50 and you get a box full! We got iced coffees most mornings and sometimes it was €3.50 and sometimes €4.00 so keep an eye. Location: Perfect! 5 mins down the hill is the strip and beach. Coming back up the hill can be a mission for some but we had no issues. There is a super marker attached to the hotel and a bigger supermarket just round the corner which sells pretty much everything. Sunbeds: Ok, this was a big downfall.There are 2 pools, the main one (where the entertainment/music is) another one round the corner which is also a big one and a splash park for kids. When we arrived at 22:30, the pool round the corner, all the sunbeds had been claimed already? At half past 10 at night!! No beds were taken at the main pool but they stack them all up and wash the floor so you’re not allowed. On Tuesday morning we went for breakfast at 9am, there were no sunbeds, anywhere! We came back around 11am, same situation. We decided to sit on our balcony for an hour and see how it was at lunch time, still the same. There were still towels there from 9am with no one sat on them! We gave up and went to go to the beach but luckily a couple were just leaving so we took there’s. Every morning since then, I’ve woken up at half past 7 to secure a sunbed. I don’t like doing it, but it’s the only way. Most days there’s a few to get at that time but there has been twice when there’s only been about 10 left at 7:30. I’ve seen people ask the lifeguards and I think he sorts them out for them but it’s ridiculous. I’ve never seen anything like it. There just isn’t enough sunbeds/sunbed area for the amount of apartments and there’s a lot of people who claim the beds for a laugh and don’t sit there. This would have been 5 stars if there was the evening bar, everything seems to shut off in the evenings and the wasn’t sunbed wars. I personally feel this was more of a family hotel rather than a couple without kids, however it didn’t put us off. If you want somewhere more quiet/not many kids, this isn’t the place for you.

Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Lovely walk in shower. Cleanest wardrobes i have ever seen on holiday. I had requested a room on the ground floor which i got (requested via email to them) only there were 3 big steps down to it and they refused to move me, which is why i did not give 5 stars. Also sunbeds, wow they are taken up early hours of the morning loads of people giving off to rep who can do nothing. Speak to the lifeguards who are amazing. Ivan was so helpful to me and so nice. I dont know the name of the other one is like the pied piper for the kids and so funny. He has a pen sticking out the front of his afro can't miss him. There are bali beds to rent at €30 a day and well worth it for me. It is on a hill and it €2.50ish in a taxi to the strip again well worth it. Supermarket on site and a hyper dino next door. The one at the bottom of the hill on left with a cafe is better value. All in all i would go back, but only with a guarantee of a room with no steps.

After reading mixed reviews on here we were a little worried about our planned trip here. Check in was quick and easy - all the staff we came across were polite and friendly. The complex is vast and finding our studio apartment was a little stressful but we got there in the end. The room itself was basic but clean. The kitchenette was very tired/dated with basic items to get you by. We made lunch but didn’t cook evening meals. I read on here that someone had a problem with ants getting into their food. I took zip lock bags with us and glad I did as they were present in our work surfaces. Would recommend doing this or making sure you put anything open in the fridge. The beds were comfy, we were only here for 4 nights and had housekeeping in once. They changed towels and emptied bins, but beds were made not changed. Location for us was a real bonus, although bear in mind the slope down to the main strip is steep and not for the faint hearted. Only a 5 min walk to the strip, with access to various shops and bars on this walk in. We sat on our balcony most nights and noted you couldn’t hear any bars from the location and it was very peaceful. Also only a 15/20 min drive from the airport. The biggest let down for this hotel is the sun lounger situation. Absolutely dire. We were up at 9 every morning with no beds available in either pool area. But barely anyone if no one out on the loungers. I think staff should look into enforcing the no reserving loungers rule as it’s totally unfair to other guests. We noticed on 2 evenings coming back late that people had actually put their towels out the evening before (10pm & 2am) due to this we didn’t spend a single day at the hotel, we ventured down to the beach and got loungers or put our towels on the sand. Therefore can’t comment on the bar or snacks available at the hotel. I think it’s safe to conclude you get what you pay for. We got a cheap deal on a room that made a great base for us but the reality of it is it could be so much better.
