We stayed here for 8 nights. The room was spacious, there are kitchen facilities on hand, the bathroom has a nice large shower though the room does get very hot and steamy, small balcony overlooking the pool area with table chairs and drying rack. We arrived before our check in but reception happily took our cases and we could start to use facilities and get some food. We were all inclusive..breakfast choices of cooked breakfast, cereals, bread, cheese & meat…plenty of choice and really not too difficult to find something to eat. Lunch…the choices not really to our taste so we tended to have bread with salad & cheese. We didn’t eat in the hotel on an evening, our preference to eat out. Plenty of food choices in the restaurants along the strip and not too expensive. Sun-bed situation around the pool is awful and sadly we got caught up in the ‘queuing early for a bed’ situation, really not sure what the solution is to this but as we prefer pool to beach getting up and queuing for a sun bed seems the only choice. I hated myself for doing this…but as I said if you want to sit by the pool…! The hotel is very clean and well looked after. Staff all very friendly really couldn’t fault them. I’d say this isn’t really a hotel for children For what we paid for an all inclusive stay I really think the price was fair….we didn’t pay 5* prices so our expectations were happily met.

“Great holiday for a great price”

Great overall holiday. we booked 2 rooms for 4 of us and when we arrived the rooms were not ready as it was 11.30 am. The staff on reception were great and checked us in straight away and let us change clothes in the office area at the back of reception gave us our all inclusive card for the room... more

Great overall holiday. we booked 2 rooms for 4 of us and when we arrived the rooms were not ready as it was 11.30 am. The staff on reception were great and checked us in straight away and let us change clothes in the office area at the back of reception gave us our all inclusive card for the rooms so we could have some food and drink. the food was a bit same-ish but not as bad as what others have said in previous reviews. The food was always hot and for the size of the restaurant a good selection on most days and freshly prepared (the breakfast was my favourite meal) . The staff for the whole hotel were very polite friendly and always eager to help. My daughter wanted an extra pillow so we asked reception and within an hour or so they bought 2 just to make sure she was happy. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We had 124/125 which were on the ground floor and even though there is no aircon we had no problems sleeping due to heat as the rooms stayed cool. The pool although not heated was very nice to cool off in after a hard days sunbathing. The pool bar which could get very busy at times was very good. The staff prepared drinks and served snacks with a smile and nothing was too much bother for them. We asked for a late checkout so that we could shower before flying home which was sorted by reception and they said if we could not keep the room they would provide us somewhere to freshen up before we departed. You must remember the hotel is only 2 stars as some people expect it to be more like a 4 star hotel. It is close to the front with all the bars and shops you need and the beach which is great. we hired 4 sunbeds with 2 umbrellas for the day which was only 21 euros. Hi all, I have just returned from a 4 night stay at the los hibiscos with easyJet all inclusive staying in block A. EasyJet class this a 2 star but it’s definitely worth a 3 in my opinion. Don’t look at all the negative reviews as it’s a nice enough place the apartments are huge to big for me on my own, I would say 90% of the rooms have a pool and sea/sidesea view I was lucky and was on the 4th floor and had both with good sized balcony, so ask for a high floor if you can, the pool looked good even though I didn’t use it as am a fat git and didn’t want to embarrass myself. The food was ok, breakfast was plenty of choices to eat hot and cold so all you need the food at night there wasn’t much choice but good enough but there was 3 kinds of fish on one night I don’t like fish so to me that was not good but I did find something to eat no problem, I didn’t have lunch so I can’t review that. The hotel is up a wee hill from the strip so close to lots of bars and shops and of course the beach. The hotel staff are amazing and so helpful, they work long hours so be nice to them. The pool opens at 9am and the zombies start queuing from just after 8am to get a sunbed then bugger off for half the day, I would throw there towels in the bin. If you like playing cards this is the place for you as I noticed lots of people playing. All in all I would not put anyone off going there and I will definitely be returning myself, so ignore all the negativity from people and enjoy your holiday as it’s what you make of it yourselves.
