Absolutely perfect reception staff so nice and friendly rooms amazing food an drink brilliant whole complex 10/10 I loved it il definitely be back best holiday yet thanks guys adios till next time my son will be with me on next visit can't wait

It was lovely clean... all utensils pot pans cups plates n dishes u need t cook a decent meal for a small family 2 ring hob microwave fridge kettle clean towels every 2 days .. fresh linen every3/4 days we went self catering.. but mostly went out for meals short walk t restaurant s and cafe it is at top of a slight hill ..but u can get a cab/taxi for 3.50/4 euros there's a lovely pool plenty sunbeds n a smaller child's pool ..the staff r lovely very helpful..

This hotel is not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. It is a 2 star. There is much room for improvement. This hotel is not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. It is a 2 star. There is much room for improvement. The breakfast was inconsistent in terms of choice, however if you're happy with basic cereal, toast and eggs you'll be fine. It wasnt a majot issue for us, but if you struggle with mobility, this is not the place for you- firstly it is situated at the top of a hill, and secondly, there is no lift to second and third floor rooms (there will be no offer of help with your cases either). Rooms are tired and dated, the sofa was scruffy (we covered it with a quilt as we couldn't stand looking at it), there was bird poo on the balcony when we arrived, a big green crusty snot on the bathroom wall etc. That said, the beds were clean and comfy. Air con only reaches bedroom (works well), but that wasn't an issue as we actually only used the hotel to sleep and shower in. Speaking of the shower, that switched from warm to cold of its own accord. Don't expect your floors to be swept whilst you're there. If you have a late flight, be aware that there are no facilities to get showered and changed for your flight. I would be really disappointed if I had paid for all inclusive at this hotel. If you're looking for a budget apartment in puerto del carmen, go to jables Bermuda. Its advertised as 2 star- but its rooms are far superior to here- big, clean and modern.

This place is advertised as a 4 star but I'm not quite sure now - 3 star would be more appropriate. In terms of our stay, we had a great time but given that it was a bargain I can overlook a few things. Other guests who had paid a lot more could have more cause to complain. Location wise, it's great, a five minute walk from the front. Yes there is a hill, but you don't have to be an olympian to make your way up it. When we arrived we were told we had to specify when we would be eating breakfast as inexplicably there seemed to be a restricted schedule. This was a bit unexpected, when you're on holiday it's not great to have to stick to a strict timetable. This seemed to carry over into meal times when certain vending machines would arbitrarily become unavailable like the soft drinks and coffee machine. I didn't really appreciate having to pay a euro every time I needed a cup which meant having to keep a tight hold of them and take them back to our room for safe keeping. It would have been nice to have had access to a water supply, sometimes I didn't want to have to keep drinking from the bar and there was no access to drinking water. The food was average, luckily I'm not fussy so always found something to eat. There were some strange choices at breakfast including chips and churros but nothing normal like scrambled eggs which was odd. The soft drinks were often undrinkable as the mix was so strong which made them tooth rottingly sweet. Lunch and dinner was ok, though limited. It would have been nice to have had better quality ham and cheese, what was offered was very processed and poor quality. Luckily there are plenty of great restaurants nearby so we went out. The restaurant staff weren't all that friendly and we often seemed to run out of cutlery. The room was spacious but I take issue with the design of the bathroom door which had a big gap all the way around it - not great for those sharing. The sofa bed was quite scruffy and the pillow smelt pretty bad. The apartment could really do with another mirror, whether in the bedroom or inside the cupboard door. Round the pool was nice but really needed more parasols. There were only a handful which rendered an awful lot of the loungers unusable as they were in full sun with no shelter - this was true of the top terrace which was a bit of a waste of space as it was in full burning sun so nobody could stay up there. Same with the relaxation area. The gardens could definitely do with more trees to make them more attractive. Little tweaks would make the pool area much better. Overall we still had a brilliant time, there were just a few annoying niggles and strange rules about the food which made it felt like we were at school. I understand that hotels have to be aware of people taking advantage but it was a bit annoying. I would stay again if I was able to get a bargain again but with tempered expectations.
