I disagree with all the bad reviews This hotel is so accessible there's not loads of stairs The is nothing wrong here It's as advertised The rooms were cleaned every 3 days The staff have Been lovely The hotel is situated on a hill 20 minutes and your in the centre of the strip Taxi back makes life easy We are satisfied with the meals They were well cooked and presented We had paid for the safe tge air-conditioning but why wouldn't you it's your choice This was a gem of a hotel Its central to all of the outside activities For children there is limited ammeinites and no entertainment however its all accessible outside of the hotel You want 5 star treats then go elsewhere We were all pleased with our holiday experience at this hotel

“Probably best go all inclusive”

The beds were comfortable enough. The pool area was lovely, however if you weren’t all inclusive the bar prices were too high and the coffee was served in a paper cup yuch! The water in the bathroom ran out one evening and the wi fi kept going off.On saying all that we did have a good holiday

We were also really sceptical after reading all the reviews but we were happily surprised. The rooms are really clean and spacious. The only issue we had with the room was our shower, I think they may need to get new shower heads as ours was broken so it sprayed all over the bathroom. We managed to get it at the right position and had to use towels to cover the floor and that seemed to work okay. The rooms are cleaned every other day but that’s not something we really cared about. We did experience some issues with the safe, After we paid we noticed it wasn’t opening or letting us set our code so we reported this to reception. The next day they got someone from the safe company out to fix it, After he fixed it, it did stop working a few times as the batteries were dying. We then reported it again as it wouldn’t let us open it, the guy came again and sorted the issue. The food is standard but always something to eat. The soft drinks are nice but the sprits are very watered down. You can always upgrade to get better spirits. Pool area is clean but even in October the beds are taken up quick, We got up at 8am to put the towels out and we’ve always managed to get them but I suggest big groups go out a lot earlier. The pool was cold but when the sun is out it is refreshing as it gets hot. We did go out every night but that’s down to us being a young couple and just need a bit of entertainment. There is entertainment on thursdays and mondays in the hotel. 10 minute walk to the strip and 15 min drive to the airport, definitely a perfect location. There is a hill when walking back up to the hotel but if your fit and healthy it’s really not that bad. You do have to pay a €1 deposit for your cups and a €10 deposit for the aircon remote, You do get all of this back at the end of your stay. Overall really happy with our stay.
