Stayed here for the 2nd time for a 5 night self catering, can't fault the place at all, great rooms which are basic & modern and a good bar which is open day and night. Place is always clean and staff are very helpfull. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It's also away from the main strip where you get a good night sleep.

“Not bad for price paid”

After a nightmare journey, was ready to turn around and go home. Arrived in early hours, reception staff were not particularly welcoming. Booked us in, handed out a map and a key told that apartment was "that way" no other information given. Dragged our suitcases up many many stairs (found out couple of days later that there is a ramp which would have made it much easier ) Got to apartment at the top of the resort, view of pool. Accommodation is very basic, but totally suffice and clean. Nice Balcony with table and chairs, also and expanding clothes airer mounted on wall. Kitchen had hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer but no oven. Plenty of towels provided every other day, beds changed once in the week we were there. Deposit required for safe in room. 10 euros for tv remote - didn't bother as had no intention of watching telly. Bathroom quite big, shower glass didn't enclose shower so bathroom can get rather wet if person in shower isn't careful. Pool looked lovely and was cleaned every morning, but it was soooo cold, didn't use it much, never had an issue with Sunbeds, although spoke to some people who said the week before you couldn't get near the pool as it was too crowded. We never had an issue with cockroaches, although downstairs apartments seemed to. Check out is at 12 , we wanted a later checkout and paid 35 euros until 5pm, easy to sort. Didn't use onsite bar / cafe so couldn't comment, menu looked like a good selection of food . Upon checkout, reception staff were pretty nonchalant, no goodbye etc Despite unfriendly reception staff, we have all said we'd stay there again , as a good base despite Cardiac Hill between resort and main drag

Just back from a four night break here, our apartment was basic but lovely and clean, modern shower and kitchen. Had everything we needed. A very busy complex on different levels. Just back from a four night break here, our apartment was basic but lovely and clean, modern shower and kitchen. Had everything we needed. A very busy complex on different levels. We were up top had a nice pool quiet and plenty of sunbeds, though some need replacing. Complex bars reasonably priced and snacks too. For the base we needed it was great. If eating out on the strip Fantastico is the absolute best for quality and value. Would defo come again. 🍹⭐
