Brilliant apartments in the best location right on the strip in the new town area of Puerto del Carmen with everything on your doorstep. Brilliant apartments in the best location right on the strip in the new town area of Puerto del Carmen with everything on your doorstep. Apartments themselves are modern and clean the maids are in a few times a week also . Visited here three times in 2024 I enjoyed them that munch and booked for two visits again this year . Very safe and secure apartments also it's all fenced and gated you get a key for the many different gates in and out the place. Great for families and also great for older folk with mobility issues. Been in loads of accommodation in Puerto del Carmen this one is up there with the best . Also basically on location there a lovely wee Chinese restaurant called peking duck well worth a visit .

“A wonderful apartment complex ”
Once again an ideal holiday. Staff excellent rooms clean and well presented, with full range of utensils. Great location close to the main strip and restaurants. No noise from the adjacent rooms, or the street. Closed in March/April for refurbishment of the pool area and reception.

“La Penita Apartments”
Absolutely love these apartments, excellent location, lovely helpful staff. Lauren and ladies who run the pool bar are absolutely lovely, great menu good fabulous and beers and alcohol good. Would definitely recommend

Had an excellent stay at la penita, the room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Had an excellent stay at la penita, the room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Everything you needed was there loads of storage lovely views from the balcony, extra special touch was the little cleaning pack. Staff at reception and restaurant were all very helpful and always up for a laugh, cant wait to return. Also thankyou to all involved for leaving the lovely present in our apartment for my 60th birthday 🎂. Sorry but one moan that pool is blooming freezing lol any chance of getting it heated 🤣

“Will always be great but its getting tired :(”
Having stayed here approximately 15 times i have to say its starting to look and feel tired. I love this place but the improvements they are constantly making are just tiny compared to what it needs. Having stayed here approximately 15 times i have to say its starting to look and feel tired. I love this place but the improvements they are constantly making are just tiny compared to what it needs. Rooms are basic but clean, pool is huge but freezing. We paid for sea view and didnt get it so then had to argue for a refund, The staff are nice but not like they used to be where they would bend over backwards to make the guests happy. The ladies in the pool bar are the bestand make this place, their food is outstanding but the bar needs doing up now. The whole place needs a lick of paint and just looks so tired. When you compare to others around it in the same price range ie fayna or montana club and even jable bemudas they have all been done up inside and out and have heated pools and sunbed cushions etc. its like la penita which used to be the best is now falling behind which makes me sad. All in all a lovely place in a great location but is looking tired.
