On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Clean, comfortable apartment (5B) with a view, in a quiet location but only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Serviced regularly by friendly staff. Plenty of hanging and storage space for our 8 night stay. Great pool area. Never had a problem getting a sunbed. Anna and Trude on Reception are both love… more

Just back from a lovely week in these Apartments. Great place to relax , close to the main strip , beach , bars , restaurants and shops. The whole complex is spotless and so well looked after by all the staff. So friendly and helpful. Supermarket close by. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. As far as self catering goes , this is just perfect. Will definitely visit again.

Very clean and picturesque apartments for your stay. The staff are ever so friendly and helpful. Air con not needed as the way the apartments are designed like all Lanzarote property, they remain cool and all windows have safety gates on them to prevent theft. Pool is mid size and amicable for an afternoon dip after returning from the beach. The beaches themselves are beautiful and a 15 minute walk down an easy hill. Locally there are a lot of British owned bars if that’s your thing and plenty of restaurants on offer but all seem to have the same menu. It’s a bit lively at night with mixed parties of families and young adults enjoying a beer or two. In conclusion I’d stay at the apartments again but local area is not for me.

“Great place ! Perfect”
JUST PERFECT ! …… would deffo recommend this place …quiet and relaxing ….lovely pool ….clean ….lovely receptionist (Trude) … very helpful …….WE WILL BE BACK !………(also thanks to the cleaners 👏) great location ….there is a small hill to climb coming from the beach tho

Booked last minute on a solo trip. As a young girl on my own, I felt extremely safe and had no worries what so ever. The apartment had everything I needed, bed was comfy and shower was great. The complex was small which was lovely, there were soooo many sun beds to pick from and no one reserved them. Pool gets the sun pretty much all day which is such a bonus. The area around is great too, a small supermarket 2 minutes away and the main strip less than 10 minutes. It’s of course a bit hilly but nothing major. Also, took a taxi from the airport which was €20 and really easy. Overall, 10/10 trip and would most definitely stay here again!
