We returned for 10 nights in these apartments. As always, the staff throughout were so friendly and helpful. We were in room 407 again!! with a pool and seaview so it really felt like coming home. The complex is so handy for the strip and beach with the old town a 10 to 15 minute stroll away. We love staying here and although we haven't booked yet, we will be returning very soon to our happy place

We are just back from a mini break in lanzarote, and we stayed in these apartments for 5 days. Firstly, the location is superb. So close to the main strip of puerto del carmen and only 10 minute walk to the old town. The apartments are very quiet and relaxed. During our stay we had a huge amount of rainfall in a few hours resulting in a leak in our apartment. The staff could not have been more helpful. They immediately called to the room and offered to move us. The apartments are clean and have all the facilities required. We have already booked again for next March.

“La morana is like home from home for us highly recommend staying here.”

This was our second time staying at La morana, and we loved it as much as the first only this time we had our 4 year old daughter who absolutely loved it especially the pool. The cleaning staff were very friendly and Anna in reception was amazing couldn't do enough for you. Food was good too. We can't wait to go back and we will definitely book with them again, as it's so local and cental to most amenities. The hill is always a killer though the first day 😁

Apartment really good. Very spacious. A bit dated but totally adequate. Really good shower pressure and always plenty hot water. Small 2 ring hob and microwave and a fridge. Apartment really good. Very spacious. A bit dated but totally adequate. Really good shower pressure and always plenty hot water. Small 2 ring hob and microwave and a fridge. No where to heat things up though ie pizza etc. Small shop and cafe on site. Takeaway food available and a few tables and chairs outside. Nice pool although not heated so in January not many people used it. 1 bedroom apartment great size and we used the bed settee every night but noticed the sheets were not changed as often as bedroom sheets I'm not sure why. Towels in bathroom changed everything the room cleaned. Plenty wardrobe space. Safe in bedroom payable etc. The tv was a bit of a fail not many channels and the ones you had were no good to watch ie no sound. You can pay €50 a stay which is refundable when you leave for a handset so you could use Internet for YouTube etc. That made it better. Towards the end of our stay we got a lot of groups of people who got a lot to drink and got very very loud to the point that we were unable to sit out on our balcony as they were sat round pool shouting and swearing although children were present. Nothing was done about it so it did spoil our last few days. Staff helpful with bags etc as just quite a few stairs to upper floors. Quite a bit of noise from rooms above and next to you but not too bad. Overall a great stay only spoilt by some other guests. Great location for shops bars beach etc. Yes it is on cardiac hill but it is doable.

We stayed at Morana apartments,on cardiac hill,it’s about 150mtrs from the strip to the apartments,we’re both in our seventies,and did it most days,not to bad,but you’re out of puff when we you get there. The apartments are clean,but basic,we had a sea view room 311,it got the sun most of the day. If you book with Jet2,be aware that their coach doesn’t drop you off at Morano.The coach dropped us of at Jable Bermuda apartments,which is about 400mtr away from Morana,up a hill.I argued with the driver,that it wasn’t right,but he refused to drop us any closer,and then proceeded to drive past us as we dragged our cases up the hill. By the time we got to Morana apts,we just wanted to get into our accommodation,however we then had a problem with the documents they required,we had a print out of our Jet 2 booking,but the women on reception who had obviously had been thrown out of charm school,demanded an Accomodation Voucher( we visit Europe 2 or 3 times a year,usually with Jet 2,and have never been asked for one before),after about 15 mins she relented,and gave us our keys,but said we must get the voucher asap. We tried the Rep,but no answer,so had to ring Jet 2 in the UK,and it the took about 30 mis to get through and get the Voucher Emailed to Morana🙈🙈
