“Very nice hotel, lots of palm trees and pools, clean and comfortable with nice staff.”
I was a bit sceptical about the hotel at first, since the big kids pool was closed for renovation and also about the location of our room - ground floor, back window facing road outside of the hotel, next to the reception. I was a bit sceptical about the hotel at first, since the big kids pool was closed for renovation and also about the location of our room - ground floor, back window facing road outside of the hotel, next to the reception. In the end it was perfect, we were right in front of one of numerous smaller pools and our stroller was comfortably placed outside. Pool was great, always warm and never too crowded. Room was cleaned well and smelled nice every day. The only thing we did not like was restaurant downstairs without any view. But the food was good and staff very nice and that made up for it :) The area is very nice, lots of palm trees and greenery. There is a shop on site and beach is max 15min walk, which we visited every afternoon with kids. There is also a splash park with slides for kids. The entertainment is done in a separate building-theater therefore it is quiet at night. We participated at mini disco with our children every evening and also watched some shows which are on every night. Finally our kids loved it, especially the animator Mathis in the kids club who was truly amazing with them and super friendly and helpful with us, he really made our stay fun.

“Quick family break for 5 days.”
Family of four stayed for 4 nights. Clean site and room. Not too far from the the beach and restaurants, about 15mins using the back gate. Family of four stayed for 4 nights. Clean site and room. Not too far from the the beach and restaurants, about 15mins using the back gate. We stayed self catering so didn’t use the restaurant or evening entertainment as we went out. Big pool was closed for refurbishment and other large pool was absolutely freezing. All the little smaller pools were heated. We were not told that on checking in which was unfortunate. No problem getting a sunbed but can imagine peak season would be different, the resort is big. Room was clean but it’s the little things that annoyed me slightly. Wardrobe sliding door kept coming off the runners. Back door to balcony was hard to lock/unlock. Tv didn’t have reception so was useless for British channel. Light on the balcony didn’t work. Big tree in front of the balcony so no sun at all during the stay due to the position of the sun as well. Great Aldi next door rather than the small supermarket on site. We had a good deal so it was great for the length of stay we had.

“Nice place and stay with worst wellness area ever seen for an four star hotel ever”
The accomodation and food are very good, staff is friendly and helpfull. Many outdoor pools offer great fun in the summer season. The accomodation and food are very good, staff is friendly and helpfull. Many outdoor pools offer great fun in the summer season. Location is 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach in Playa Blanca Lanzarote. However, the wellnes area (saunas and whirlpools) needs to be closed and renovated. Showers are not working in the main area, finish sauna outdated and not clean, steam sauna with broken tiles and no water hoses. Inside pools in wellness area are dilapidated and old, Water in whirlpool should be warmer.

“Just OK”
Room clean and comfortable. Our block had heated pool (I understand just heated in winter months). Adult pool cold. Lifeguards at pools. Appear to be lifts in most blocks. Room clean and comfortable. Our block had heated pool (I understand just heated in winter months). Adult pool cold. Lifeguards at pools. Appear to be lifts in most blocks. We were S/C, tried buffet restaurant once, food not great. Nowhere to have a quiet drink in the evening, or nice coffee in the morning. Little bit too far out of town, given lack of facilities on site.

“Nice hotel but doesn't cater if you go self catering ”
Nice big hotel with friendly staff with Two big pools and the entertainment team worked hard . Only downside was that we stayed self catering and there wasn't no kitchen facilities . Hotel was situated about a fifteen minute walk to the beach
