We love the sandos gardens hotel for it's layed back approach to our holiday. This is our second time here, it's so relaxing. The bungalows lovely with Aircon a patio, lovely living room, beds are comfy and the cleaners are brilliant they come in everyday work really hard. Food and drinks especially the sangria at the sandos is one of the best all-inclusive I have ever had absolutely gorgeous why people are saying there is nothing they can eat is ridiculous. Entertainment was great in the evening singers ,DJ and the bingo was so funny. We didn't go round the pool till the afternoon we like the beach but what entertainment we saw was fun. As for the staff you should be so proud of them all they work so hard and are always smiley and helpful especially Victor and the bar staff and restaurant staff so pleasant. Now Irene on reception what a lovely friendly lady . Thank you Sandos for the lovely treat you left in our room it was so much appreciated,we will see you for the new year celebrations take care Julia

Overall we enjoyed our stay and have to say the hotel itself is really good. The bungalows are spacious well appointed and cleaned daily, during the quiter months it could use some cosmetic attention, a little paint refresher would make a big difference, in fairness when white is the default it's very unforgiving. The Cleanliness didn't carry over to the poolside areas a daily tidy at end of day /early morning to clear away empty glasses/wipe down tables, etc. would make such a difference. The staff are fantastic, friendly, and service oriented, a real plus point. The lack of any music around the pool is odd, I get the reasoning, and this is a subjective opinion. Location wise, it felt a little isolated with a minimum of 10-15 mins walk for a supermarket pub and the bus stop ( bus service is regular but busy Taxi's sparce). The food is OK it's plentiful and freshly made, but in keeping with buffet style, dining is often warm, not hot, and a bit "samey." All inclusive finishes at 23:00, after which drinks are expensive . The all-important question, would we stay again? On balance, it's not quite right for us, so no, however, overall, that's not a reflection on the resort we maybe need something a little less gentle.
