“Animations team made our stay!”
This was our fourth visit to the relaxia and was by far the best! We’ve always had a lovely time however this year the animations team made our holiday amazing! This was our fourth visit to the relaxia and was by far the best! We’ve always had a lovely time however this year the animations team made our holiday amazing! Sara, Vlad and all the team got everyone involved in games and dancing. Our daughter loved the kids club and had the best time too. The foam party was a lovely touch this year that we haven’t experienced before. You can tell they are definitely putting more money into activities as time goes on - well done! The snack bar food has improved massively so much so we found ourselves skipping lunch to go to the snack bar the choice was so good! We can’t wait to come back in September to see everyone again!

“Relaxia Truly Treats Families like Family”

What can i say about the Relaxia staff. and Cioni Santiago the manager..I had booked a holiday for 4 weeks, but my wife couldn’t make it due to the fact she broke her Pelvis. I ended up going myself..After a week i was deciding to go home but i received a surprise, My daughter found out were i was staying and decided to come and join me.When she arrived at the reception they asked for her passport.. I was so Gobsmacked at what the Receptionist did next.She put a wrist band on my daughter and let her stay for as long as she was needed.-Back home sadly wife had taken a stroke , we caught a flight 2 days later to go home..But i will never forget the kindness of the Relaxia holiday Company..

“Amazing holiday”
We visited last week in February, the weather was lovely all week. Absolutely amazing holiday from start to finish. Beginning with an upgrade to a suite with a hot tub that we enjoyed every day. We visited last week in February, the weather was lovely all week. Absolutely amazing holiday from start to finish. Beginning with an upgrade to a suite with a hot tub that we enjoyed every day. The pools were lovely, especially the heated one with plenty of sun beds. Entertainment was good with a nice selection of drinks at the bar. Juan was very friendly and made great cocktails and mocktails. The was a good variety of food at the restaurant. Always something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the paella at lunchtime. Aqua lava was fun, the wave pool was heated and lovely and warm. Our favourite thing was the foam pool party that was the perfect end to our holiday. We loved it. Thanks for a great stay.

Exelent hotel.staff was really friendly.the food was sutable for everyone.hotel was clean.waterpark was really good for the kids.overall had a really good time will be deffo going to stay again .... they couldnt do enough for us u wont be disapointed

We really enjoyed our stay here. Grounds and public areas were well maintained, food was generally good (cold meats at lunchtime would have been nice), entertainment staff were great and evening entertainment wasn't bad either. Grounds and public areas were well maintained, food was generally good (cold meats at lunchtime would have been nice), entertainment staff were great and evening entertainment wasn't bad either. We used the waterpark most days which was a great inclusion as an hour or 2 was enough time for some fun! Our only criticism would be the rooms could do with updating, though we did find the beds comfy (some of the pillows were awful though!) With the rooms interlinked, it sounded like your neighbours were in the same room as you! Luckily ours were quiet. Not sure how they can solve this.
