We are just back from a great family holiday here. The accommodation was good the water park was good. The thing that made this holiday great was the animation team that done the entertainment. They tailored to the adults and kids they went out there way to make every kids holiday special which my daughter did. I hope the animation team sees this as you can see the hard work they put in daily pays off. We will be back. Until the next time. Thanks Darren

Nice hotel, nice location, read lots of reviews about the animation team being so great dont get me wrong they work hard bug i thought their daytime activities were not that great, not amazing as some reviews say, lovely hotel we had no issues with the food something their to eat for everyone drinks wer good the lager is ok much better in a glass than it is in the cardboard cup, maybe something the hotel can look into. The waterpark is great for an hour or two to break up the day. Bar staff read alot of reviews sayin how amazing they are i found they didnt really interact with you at all Antonio was very rude at the main bar on the evening is where you can get a pint glass askin him for this was like i said something wrong then gave it to me n said pour it myself even tho when hes not working every other bartender would pour it for you, not a massive issue it was just his attitude that ennoyed me. Room was ok im not that fussy on rooms as i just tend to shower and sleep their but they wer cleaned everyday skmetimes abit lazily as would come back with havin 2 kids things would drop or fall under the beds and yeah they never swept under these 🤣 but again for me its just a place to shower and sleep and gone again. Its a nice walk to the beach and coast line beutiful, would also recommend if you like a hike go up mount roja we did it early morning during sunrise and WOW!! We left hotel about 06:15 and we wer back by 08:00. Also just clear up on one thing read reviews about the pools being salt water they are NOT! Salt water pools one is colder than the other but ive been in colder its nothing major. So all in all was a great place to stay i have no complaints their wer 16 of us all together 6 kids i would like to say upgrade or fix some of your machines in the arcade as they just just took the euros and nothing happened. On arrival the hotel is spacious and the reception staff are very nice, we arrived late and were thrilled to hear that they had left some cold snacks for us and the bar was open until 12 to get a drink. Unfortunately thats when the delight of our arrival ended, we were met by a very horrible, rude individual at the bar, the lager is self pour, my dad asked for a glass at which point this “man” antonio said “no glass” to which we asked why and he yelled at us “i said no glass” then continued to stare at us. He then started laughing with his colleagues at us. Made us feel very intimidated and not welcome. You can only have drinks from a small paper coca cola cup unless you are purchasing a drink. This wasnt explained to us, we were shouted at in front of other families As a consequence we never spent one evening at the entertainment as he was always at the bar and would scoul at us and talk about us to his colleagues, not realising that i could understand him. We would not return here because of him and he lost the hotel alot of our money!! Be aware the pools are baltic!! My kids weren't bothered but alot of kids wouldn't go in. Also salt water i believe, as was the water park The food wasnt great, ive uploaded some tik toks if you type in the hotel name. Breakfast - able to make a full english :) lots of fruit Lunch we only ate from the pool bar- hotdogs and burgers, kids enjoyed Evening meal poor, survived on meat and rice. Most families i spoke to ended up eating out. We ended up in then centre to ensure kids ate enough. Was nice to have own villa but they are joined to neighbours, you hear everything Rooms were ok size, maids were good some positives… the entertainment team were fab! Especially for little ones, plenty of loungers available, Orlia at the pool bar makes amazing pina caladas and was such a delight to speak to. All the other staff (except above) were polite and helpful. Simon from entertainment was fun to talk to! From poland i believe and such a nice lad, would chat to the boys about football and was passionate about his team. The water park is really good, something for all and quick access from the hotel. Your can eat and drink here too. We would take a taxi from hotel into town for approx £4 euros, plenty of shops for souvenirs and something to eat/drink. We enjoyed popeyes for a pint and some food for the kids. Also a irish bar next door. Overall we had a really nice holiday Wouldnt return here after antonios attitude
