“Good”

This complex is very nice the rooms and beds are comfy the pool it has a cold one but a hot one aswell the entertainment staff are amazing especially vlad he’s very good at dancing food is a massive buffet majority of the time is all very good so yeah that’s my review

We stayed here for Christmas , 2 adults and 2 children. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the groundsmen, cleaners, restaurant, reception and management. We had 2 bungalows with inter connecting door. They were very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel, grounds, and pool areas were kept very clean. Santa arrived on his camel on Christmas Day, which was a great surprise, and gave all the children a gift. The animation team worked very hard, were very friendly and great fun. The food in the restaurant and pool bar were buffet. There was plenty of choice , but I think this could be improved. We had a great holiday and would love to come back next Christmas.

I was slightly apprehensive to stay here after my recent holidays have been spent at Tui Blue Flamingo Beach, and the amount of 'one reviewers' on Relaxia, but I need not have been concerned. Check in was quick but unfortunately we encountered electrical problems pretty much straight away in our bungalow where the main fuse kept tripping. Can’t fault the hotel they sent maintenance several times very quickly and 24 hours later the problem was solved. Faulty bedroom light I think. We also had no water one evening, but it was back on during the night. Our bungalow was clean with an upgraded bathroom which I requested before arrival thank you. Bed was comfy aside from the pillows which were not to my taste. Communal areas kept clean and well maintained. Towels changed daily and beds changed every few days. The actually room cleaning leaves a little to be desired though. The same debris from the maintenance men stayed there until I got rid of it a few days later, some still there when I left and I notice under the beds was quite unsavoury... glad I didn't look until I was packing up. Like a few have mentioned, every bungalow has an interconnecting door, and it is like being in the same room as your neighbours even when they are talking in a normal voice! Luckily our neighbours were OK for the most part, aside from a cloth eared couple who arrived towards the end!! Dare to think how horrid it would be to have some louts next door!! Maybe brick off some bungalows and just keep a select amount for those who want interconnecting? The animation team provided stretching classes most mornings at 10.30 and many family games during the day and evening. Lovely bunch of guys. Food was decent and usually warm enough. Shame desserts were not the best and there was no fresh omelettes at brekkie, but good all the same. Lunch at aqualava was nice. Be careful of burgers at the snack bar at the hotel as I had one that was warm in the middle but the meat was slimey and raw. Could not fault the dining room staff, except maybe the breakfast cook who made 'freshly cooked' items (pancakes etc) en mass and waited for a tray full before putting them out meaning a microwave was required! I found the temperature of the other items to be quite good for a hotel! Hotel made a good effort on Christmas Day which was nice. Santa on a camel and a special evening meal. I had a cold on NYE, but again, a special effort was made with the meal, shame I went to bed straight after! A suggestion would be to maybe extend check out time to 11am, 10am is a little earlier than I would deem to be the norm and housekeeping were on my doorstep at 10.01! Overall would I stay here again, yes I would! Lovely staff, great location and overall a good experience with just a few minor gripes which I am sure can be easily rectified.

7 day all inclusive 2 adults. Lovely greeting, polite and informative. Shows us on the map where our room was and the restaurant. Headed to the room and was pleasantly surprised, lovely clean bungalow, basic but clean with a nice outside area with deck chairs a table. Cleaned every day. Food was average, always something we could have but it appeared they were trying to satisfy too many nationalities so sometimes the various bits didn’t go together. Strangely we found the dinner time food nicer than the tea time food so we ate out a few times in the week. Location right next to the beach and an access gate to the back of the complex, however when coming back on a night would have to walk all the way round to get to the front of the hotel but not an issue. Cannot say much about the pool as we spent most of the week at the beach, but there appeared to be plenty of sunbeds and kids always looked entertained, though they were fixing one half of the pool for 4 of the days we were there. The water park is good! Again nothing wild or special but certainly made for an entertaining morning, the main bit of the water park for smaller children was also closed when we were there. The slides were fun and there were lockers upon entering to put your belongings. It was €5 and I’m hindsight we could have just left bags with the chairs we were sat on. Check out was 10am on the day we left and there was a room in reception for us to put bags if we had been leaving later.
