We’ve been coming to Kamezi for a number of years and have seen it grow to an upmarket development with luxurious stylish villas. The breakfasts are good value and it’s great to have them delivered to the villa. The new rooftop cocktail bar with views over to Fuerteventura is a welcome addition and we used it on our arrival day as we’d arrived before the villa had been cleaned. Due to the number of years we’ve been coming, we’re entitled to a free dinner, but we had the tapas menu instead and it was great to be able to sit in the pod, relax and watch the world go by. We come back to the villas because the complex is so peaceful and feels very safe.

We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view villa for 12 nights at the end of September/start of October. We stayed as a couple but had friends for a few days too. We are very fortunate to have stayed all over the world in everything from hostels to 5* hotels and this has to be one of the very best places we have ever stayed. The villa was beautiful, with modern design and all the amenities you could wish for. The view out to sea from the garden/pool area was stunning and the entire place was peaceful, relaxing and made for a wonderful, quiet break. The real stand out though is the service. The whole team go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable and you feel very welcome. We were concerned about the lack of air con but we didn't need it, as the breeze was lovely and the building never really got hot. I loved the outdoor style of the showers and the traditional Lanzarote design. We had both the tapas and the tasting menus and they were sensational. The new cocktail bar is also a fantastic place to watch the sunset. The wine list is also superb. The deli has some lovely goods and we particularly enjoyed the fresh bakery items. If you need a bigger shop, the restaurants and supermarkets of Faro Park are only 10 minutes walk I had two massages in the spa, both, again were sensational. We hired a car and explored the island and it's beautiful scenery, though it was also very easy and cheap to use the bus and taxi system to the rest of Playa Blanca. We love snorkelling and saw lots at Flamingo Beach (including rays, octopus and cuttlefish) and when the water was calm, the little 'beach' area outside the hotel was like an aquarium. We love wildlife and it was a joy to see lizards, birds and dragonflies in the garden, though I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent, as we all suffered bites. We also saw a resident Kestrel swooping in and out the garden throughout our stay, which was lovely. It's exceptionally difficult to think of a negative for this place, and together with the beauty of Lanzarote and the lovely resort of Playa Blanca means we intend (which we never do) to revisit. Thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable

This was our third visit and we are already looking forward to our next visit. The villas are clean and modern and perfectly equipped with plenty of room. The staff are very helpful. we were given use of the courtesy room on our last day and we used the spa which was lovely as you get exclusive use for just your villa. the app is a great idea to order clean pool towels or report any problems. We really enjoy the breakfast its so nice getting fresh croissants delivered every morning. Its in a quiet part of playa blanca but there are some nice restaurants less than ten minutes walk away. its a very beautiful place.

“The BEST holiday a girl could dream of!”

Our stay at Kamezi this week, has easily been the BEST holiday we’ve ever had. We celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary with 5 nights at Kamezi. The team couldn’t do enough to ensure that we had a fabulous time. We arrived late and found a little welcome in our upgraded villa- sandwiches, salad and yoghurt in the fridge along with bread and oil in the dining room. I couldn’t have been more grateful for the thoughtfulness. We enjoyed breakfast on the roof top terrace every morning, lazy days by our pool and chilled walks to the onsite deli to procure vegetables and a few little extras each day. We had an hour session in the sauna and jacuzzi included in our stay, which we used on day 2- it was a lovely treat. I also had 2 massages in the spa over the time and I loved each of them. Caress of Lanzarote is a hot stone massage unlike any other I’ve experienced to date. I was so chilled out after this experience, I didn’t want to move for the rest of the day! The Ayurveda massage is like an Indian head massage on steroids- just WOW! On our anniversary we were greeted by the Guest Experience Manager at our door, presenting us with a bottle of cava to enjoy around our pool. I was surprised by the kindness and a little emotional - what a thoughtful gesture. We were going to have the tasting menu to celebrate, but we’d over indulged too much already so opted to have a smaller meal in our villa instead - next time we’ll book a tasting experience on day 1 ;) We also thoroughly enjoyed the bar- coffee and cake by day and delicious cocktails by evening. All without having to leave the complex. Oh and THAT VIEW!!!! I honestly couldn’t ask for more from a holiday. We have only got home an hour ago, and we are already booking our next trip to Kamezi! Muchos Gracias to the wonderful staff at Kamezi for making our holiday the most amazing experience!
