“Amazing holiday”

Just finished a 10 night stay for our anniversary. Cant fault the hotel. After years of travelling to canaries this is the best hotel we’ve had. We picked star prestige purely because of adults only area and this was the best decision as there are loads of kids about. Food is excellent. Breakfast has choice of Spanish or English bacon and eggs cooked any way whilst you wait! Never stuck for choice and I’m fussy too! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Can’t fault them. Good gym available if you want a workout. Only slight gripe is that the matts could have more grip especially for the shiny floor! Nice airy comfortable room, we stayed in 6303 on third floor, lovely sea view and can see Fuerteventura on a clear day.

Just returned from a week here, our 3rd visit in a year. We requested a previous room number, we didn't get that room but one in same area 6202, this room overlooks the rooms with the private jacuzzi which we didn't like if someone was getting in jacuzzi they could look straight into our balcony and room which gives no privacy. Staff all great as usual, the star prestige bar staff were all amazing again. We met a few of the managers, chris, shy at prestige bar and Alphonso often in restaurant and it was nice chatting with them. Food all good as usual, husband missed black pudding at breakfast as it was only on once. We had a large plastic tumbler go missing from our room which we take for medication uses, we did speak to a man on reception but got no joy. Lisette on reception very helpful.

“Happy 60th birthday”
Arrived on the 20th as I was 60 yesterday. Hotel is amazing and I wanted to thank everyone at this hotel. I came back to my room to find a bottle of booze in an bucket with some cakes. “Second Stay Very good in most areas”

I stayed with my husband for ten nights last September and returned in March for a week with my daughter. Delighted the booking team and Hotel organised two rooms in the main building next to each other as we did not want to stay in a family room in the family section. The welcome was friendly. Rooms large with a lovely view over the pool and a limited but lovely sea view. Balconies very spacious. Cleaning service excellent and daily. Restaurant food is excellent but often the food on hot plates or under warm lamps was barely warm. We tended to have something cooked in the evenings on the grill by Gustavo, who is excellent. He is friendly and works so hard to prepare you freshly cooked fish or meat. Food is nicely prepared and displayed with an excellent choice for all three meals. Highly recommend all inclusive. Lot's of children in the Hotel on this stay, evening meal was sometimes rather noisy. We spent every evening in the Sports bar as it was chilly and windy in the evenings. We did not have great weather and I think the doors to the terrace should have been closed due to the windy drafts. We could hear the entertainment and most of it I had seen before in September. We chose to sit in the bar as many children running around in Jameos during the evening. I'm still disappointed that a small area in the outside pool areas was not reserved for smoking. People vape wherever they like and smokers are expected to exit the pool area to the sea front. We did not book Star Prestige as like the main building and it does not appeal to us. All staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is really good. An enjoyable week just wish we had more sun!

POSITIVES Our room is lovely with Seaview, very well looked after by our housekeeping staff. The drinks are excellent, food is also excellent. The hotel is in a great location with lovely walks. NEGATIVES The evening entertainment, probably the worst we have ever encountered. It is like Butlins Holiday camp, there is nowhere nice to sit and enjoy an evening drink!! We have chosen to go out at night to get away from the noise which is a pity as we paid for all inclusive. Many people are complaining about the evening entertainment and noise but unfortunately its falling on deaf ears!!
