Check in was quick. We were staying in a superior room with an enclosed patio area for a bit of privacy Room 1101b. Chalet style rooms. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our 4 night break. Room was tired and does need upgrading but this didn’t impact our holiday at all. Pool areas are great, plenty of sun loungers. We enjoyed the A.I sangria, cava and white wine. Food was a mixed bag but always lots of choice. Salads were always very fresh. Location of the hotel is 10 minute walk to flamingo beach with a couple of supermarkets and a few bars/restaurants. Taxi to Rubicón marina cost €6 so not too expensive and bus was also easy to use. For what we paid for our girlie weekend we believe that we got value for money. As two women we felt safe in the hotel and fully relaxed. We didn’t enjoy the evening entertainment but that’s personal choice. I would go back if I got another good deal ££

This is advertised as 4 star at best it is a 3 star . Food was tepid . Staff were not friendly except for a handful . David at pool bar was Brill. Girl in restaurant and bar chewing gum needs training on how to communicate with guests . A basic thank you would be nice . The front of hotel is not welcoming . It looked like we were going in the back door . First nite we went in to the restaurant at about 8.45 .at 8.55 I went to get some ice cream and the lights around the desserts were turned off. At 9.04 we were asked to leave as they were closing . Surely if restaurant is open til 9.00 they have to give guests time to eat their food . We took our desserts outside to eat them .so that wasn't a good start . Later in the week my husband found a fair in his food . Would we go back NO Would we recommend this hotel NO Think it's rating needs reviewing
