“Another great holiday”
This was our 23rd visit to one of our favourite hotels and we had as usual a great warm welcome at reception with a glass of Cava. This was our 23rd visit to one of our favourite hotels and we had as usual a great warm welcome at reception with a glass of Cava. As requested we had a lovely spacious side sea room with comfy beds and rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. We always have a fabulous time and are so well looked after by all the great friendly, hard working and professional staff However we did notice a drop this year in the food offerings, still a huge choice at breakfast but felt evening buffet choices were not as comprehensive as past visits. We have always visited the a la carte restaurant during our stay and have had many lovely meals, however this years offering was very poor, one less course on offer and having to send the main course back, the food was cold. Also still think guests wearing beach shorts and flip flops at dinner is not a good look in a four star hotel restaurant. Finally must just give a special mention to Alba and Lia who looked after us terrifically well in the buffet restaurant. Yet another great holiday and we are so looking forward to our already booked October visit.

2nd time at this hotel and we had a lovely week- rooms are clean and spacious and so good to have a safe included and British tv. staff are friendly - food is amazing- However the hotel seems slightly in need of some repair - mainly the tiles in the lobby also in and around the pool area The piano bar is relaxing but gosh the entertainment is shocking - the ABBA tribute was cringe worthy and the Queen tribute wasn’t far behind - definitely lets this hotel down

Excellent. As always. We have travelled widely and always come back here. Twice a year if we can. The staff make it special. Too many to mention. But reception are great. Especially Katarzyna. Restaurant staff, especially Juan Luis and all his team including Jefferson, Jondi, Jonathan but really all of them are so happy to help and smile 😀 Spotless hotel with beautiful gardens, amazing food choices and a laid back classy vibe. We have been in standard, premium sea view, junior suite and villa. All of these are clean and comfortable. We would stay in any of them. Well done Hipotels!!

“Still a good hotel but needs a bit of TLC.”

Returned after our excellent first visit in 2023 and it’s still a lovely hotel, very clean and excellent food and attentive staff. However the hotel is starting to look a little warn in places especially the left pool as many tills are coming off essentially the bottom as I found out when I cut my foot on the floor as being over six foot I was able to walk but man6 probably haven’t noticed as yet, many jugs and bowls in the restaurant have ships in them but don’t let this put you off as it’s a lovely hotels but the management need to sort a few issues to keep the ratings high before they start to slip on this lovely hotel. If I was to criticise anything it would be the entertainment as it’s very poor and the Abba tribute is probably the worst I’ve seen in any hotel ever, if the hotel want people to stay and spend money and buy a second or third round of drinks in the evening they really need to sort the entertainment and maybe people will stay and not leave in droves after a short while.

My friend and I thought Hipotels Natura Palace was very good! The staff throughout are a credit to the hotel, especially Katarzyna who checked us in with a cold glass of fizz (sorry to have missed you when we checked out) our room location was great, Thank you (2211) The hotel ,pool and gardens were very clean and tidy, all the public areas inside the hotel smelt lovely. You could always find a sun bed, atmosphere throughout the hotel felt very calm and civilised! Food was the same as on most fly and flop breaks and we personally felt the hotel tried their best to offer a varied selection. Lunch at the pool bar made a nice change. Lovely staff! The bar prices and wine at dinner were all very reasonably priced, it would have been a bonus if there had been drinking water tap by the pool to fill water bottles up instead of buying plastic bottles. I know it is hard to please everybody but overall we felt Natura Palace offers great value for money and delivers a high standard of customer service with attention to detail. Lovely relaxing week….just what was needed! Thank you
