The other reviews written this month do a good job of summarising this hotel. The rooms are lovely. Would recommend a pool view room. The sunbeds are plentiful and only a few naughty people are reserving the best beds. The position of the hotel is excellent. Generally the food is absolutely fine if you don’t expect 5 star quality. The best thing about it is that when you’re half board you can swap your evening meal for lunch if you want to. This way you can eat out in the resort and have a light lunch in the restaurant. The food is very varied. For us the food was always hot, and the meat chef will freshly cook whatever you want. It’s a very typical all inclusive buffet type set up with something for everyone. Breakfast for example, fruit, churros, full English, fresh pancakes, meat/cheese/ fresh bread, toast, pastries/ croissants/ all jams/ choc spread etc. also huevos rancheros, boiled eggs, omelette station. Juices galore and tea coffee machine with decaf options. All different types of milks. I did see a GF section also clearly labelled. Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The entertainment is 9-10 by the pool so even if you are an early bird you can enjoy it and not be kept awake by the noise. Drinks are reasonable especially for a hotel. Overall we had a fab time and we would highly recommend.

“Very pleasant second visit.”

Just returned from our second stay at the White Suites Hotel. The position of this hotel is excellent with easy walking to the beach, marina and town which has a good variety of shops and restaurants. Just returned from our second stay at the White Suites Hotel. The position of this hotel is excellent with easy walking to the beach, marina and town which has a good variety of shops and restaurants. The food was good, staff were lovely and very helpful and the suite was comfortable and spacious. The furniture in our suite was rather tired and chipped with a loose cupboard door. Also our room was just behind the entertainment area so was noisy until 10 pm. most evenings. I would advise taking your own hairdryer as the wall mounted one in the bathroom was very difficult to use. Without hesitation, we would choose this hotel again but would upgrade to a superior suite.

“Letting itself down”

The hotel is lovely the staff are great. The food is very poor and logistically the small area where the food is displayed is not helpful. It lets the star rating down. It needs a total refit and rethink. It’s my 6 th time of coming here and it will be the last unless they sort this area out

The hotel suites are quite basic but very clean and fine for a 1-2 week stay (ref pool view suite). Pool , reception and bar areas very clean. Food was plentiful and varied but never very hot. Location is good, about 5 mins from the beach and about half-way between 2 marinas. We had numerous issues with the room, the worst being a flood and we were locked out but reception sorted the issues quickly. When you arrive you are advised that sun beds cannot be reserved but each morning, the same people put their towels on beds prior to going for breakfast. This is only a few people but more will join them if this is not stopped by management. I gave a rating of 3 stars instead of 4 because of this issue. I will return if I read that the issue has been addressed as we did have an enjoyable week.
