Visited this hotel many times and thoroughly enjoyed our stays there. All staff are so professional, helpful and friendly including Fulvio the bell boy, Marcel & Roxanne on reception, Beatriz who performed our turndown service, Gie & Moulod the barmen & Estafano (Fany) our cleaner. Special thanks also to Jhoan Lema the Guest Relations Manager for all his help. Food very good at both breakfast and evening meal. Hotel well maintained. Would recommend.

“Relaxing week”

This was our 2nd stay at the white suite and won’t be our last. Staff are really friendly but you could see that this year they were run off their feet…not enough staff on the poolside bar during the day - lunch times could be hectic. This was our 2nd stay at the white suite and won’t be our last. Staff are really friendly but you could see that this year they were run off their feet…not enough staff on the poolside bar during the day - lunch times could be hectic. We cannot comment on the evening as we would have our evening meal and take a walk. We went all inclusive and therefore could book into new Italian restaurant which was a pleasant change from last year. It would have been nice to have had wider choice on the menu as it was very limited - saying that we did enjoy the meal. We did also have to report the shower in our accommodation as the water didn’t drain away resulting in the bathroom flooding .. the maintenance guy was there in no time to resolve the issue but after 2 days the problem return .. maybe next year we will look to upgrade our room. We didn’t have an issue getting sunbeds but did notice the pool guy going round taking towels off beds before 9am which was good to see this been policed as you are told when checking in not to reserve sunbeds. We did also enjoy the Sunday DJ cracking tunes although a little loud could have imagined been in Ibiza at a beach party. All in all great holiday - Playa Blanca is lovely nice chilled atmosphere with plenty of places to eat and drink if you want a change from the hotel

“Close to Marina & Shops, clean rooms, tidy area, soft sunbeds, friendly staff”

We stayed at White Suites during November returning on 1st December. The hotel is very close to the Rubicon Marina, walking distance of the new shops etc. However, referring now to the hotel we were extremely disappointed with the 'garden' view which was in fact a view of asphalt and a huge carpark. As first timers here we weren't impressed! Also food selection was very bizarre as there was plenty of salad 'bits' but no sardines (even the tinned ones would be acceptable), tuna (tinned) or mackerel. Gambas eventually appeared smothered in an odd sauce! I would suggest you take a visit to your sister hotel The Timanfaya Palace where the food is amazing! I note that you are always looking to improve things so I would like to make two suggestions which I feel would improve the hotel and guest experience immensely.  Firstly, why do you use the very small stage in the bar for the evening act? The poor performers hardly have room to wave their arms around and one night a girl had no lighting whatsoever. Appalling and disrespectful when shes made the effort to turn up. She sounded very nice but no one could see her lol. Use the main stage near the pool, surely it's larger ? Secondly, change  the hard seating in the lobby bar ( It feels like a hospital waiting room !! ) Hard upright seats not conducive to chatting with new friends. I suggest cream sofas  which would make it a lovely place to relax and read and make it feel a lot more cosy. Thirdly the lack of space in the dining room around the food selection area. Could you not rearrange the tables slightly just to actually give people room to pass without squeezing pass 🤔
