Brilliant hotel small and friendly with excellent staff. Each and every member of staff makes you feel that they are there for you. Food is excellent and there is something for everyone, freshly cooked steak, chops, sea bass, hake and more. Good selection of hot dishes and variety throughout our stay. Our room was not a pool view but was fab, large comfortable bed a lounge area and two tv’s. We always found a sun bed and were not up early. As always beds were reserved and not everyone has a parasol but not many hotels have that ratio. There certainly are a lot of parasols and shade by trees and at pool bar which also offers great varied snacks. The entertainment day and night was good and varied. Pool was warm and there was also a cooler one but not for enthusiastic swimmers more for a cool down dip. Locally there is a supermarket over the road and a Beautiful marina a 10 min walk one way and a mall type set up with bars and restaurants by the beach a 10 min walk in other direction. Everywhere outside and inside the hotel are spotlessly clean. We will go again as many of the people we met.

Overall me and my partner had an enjoyable stay at White Suites. The location of the hotel is superb, with the beach being a 5 minute walk, and a supermarket being opposite. The day trips available are somewhat a travel away, but they are easy to arrange and book with the lady and gent who have a stand set up across ‘The Harp’ bar, which is located on the strip on the beach. The hotel itself is lovely. I love the village vibes with the way that the apartments are laid out. The pool is always clean and the food and drinks from the snack bar are pretty good! When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that reservations of sunbeds were not allowed. Me and my partner did not try to reserve any sunbeds in respect to everyone else who followed this rule. But unfortunately, this rule was not enforced to the other people at this hotel who left towels on sunbeds from 8am till lunch time! We were told that the lifeguard would be doing checks every 30 mins and remove any towels that had been there for a long period of time, I did not see this happen once. This meant that all the sunbeds that had umbrellas on, were taken by 8am and held all day, so that me and my partner never actually had chance to use one of these. The downfalls in regard to our apartment, was that it was directly behind the entertainment, so no chance of an early night sleep before 11pm as it felt that the music was in our room! Me and my partner are 20, so we’re okay with staying up late and having a boogie, but a couple of nights we just wanted an early night, but unfortunately we couldn’t get the opportunity. The plug sockets also seemed to be really loose, felt as if it was going to come off the wall every time i pushed in or pulled out a plug - probably a safety hazard due to electrics. We had our room cleaned and bed made everyday, but our sheets were not changed once, even though we read that they would be changed every 3 days, safe to say we were not happy about this. But the apartment itself was beautiful, had everything we needed, but an iron kept in the apartments would be a good suggestion. We also arrived to a mini fridge of snacks and drinks at no extra charge. The food at the buffet was okay, I wouldn’t say i’m a picky eater but a lot of the food wasn’t to my taste but the breakfast was amazing and there was lots of variety. Staff were lovely, very attentive. Cocktails were lovely, definitely try a sweet lola if you’re visiting this hotel. We probably will not be returning, but we can see why people would! I just personally think that the price was more than what it was worth. Had a great time watching the euros in the bar!

“Non smokers beware !”

Just returned home and this was my 3rd visit to the hotel but unfortunately will not be returning as I feel it is not the same any more. Just returned home and this was my 3rd visit to the hotel but unfortunately will not be returning as I feel it is not the same any more. They have relaxed the rules of smoking from you could only do it in a designated area by the pool to that people can smoke round the pool and outside at the restaurant and bar which for me spoilt it as I suffer from asthma and people were chain smoking all day on their sun-loungers and in the snack bar outside. I personally do not like smoking and chose hotels that have a non smoking policy so was shocked to find that they allow it everywhere there now ! Also the food quality is not as good as it use to be and although we were all inclusive we always eat out on an evening so only ate breakfast and lunch which was not as good as in previous years. Such a shame as it was always a lovely hotel for us but will be booking a different hotel in the future that has a non smoking policy and with holds it
