This is the fourth hotel we've stayed at in Lanzarote and the most likely we'll return to. It had so much to offer for a young family. The service was excellent, every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team were super. Special shout out to Zac who led the soccer clinic. He was so positive and engaging with our six year old son and made him feel 10ft tall. The soccer clinic is for 6-12 year.olds and seems to run no matter how few kids are there, our son had essentially a private session the first day when he was the only kid and another day when there was only 2. The mini disco and evening entrainment were fine, again, aimed at young families so it ticks the box. If your child is noise sensitive it would not be great as the music is played extremely loud and in a confined space. The sports bar is v good. They had all the major football matches and rugby matches on. It only opens at 5pm so if you need to watch something earlier there's a quality little sports bar in the shopping center next door. In terms of drinks, it's all fine, major gripe is just that Dorada is just a terrible beer and all thwy have on tap. Would make a huge difference if they changed it. Food and buffet are the best we've experienced in Lanzarote, lots of variety and staff are just fantastic. Number of pools, playground and kids and baby club is really good and they have warm water pumped in. It's a big site but manageable enough. Our room was big and showers and bathrooms were v spacious. Overall, I really would recommend this resort for younger families. If there was a soft play area near reception / sports bar that would be the only game changer to the experience which is already v good. Again, shout out to the staff, really made our experience the best it could be.

“Wonderful holiday”

Had an amazing week during our stay with our 2.5 toddler. The propriety is beautiful and clean throughout. The room was massive and beautiful, nice view and really quiet during the night. The beds are so comfy, slept really good. The food is excellent and varied, I don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on that but plenty of choice for non alcoholic drinks. I loved the pancakes in the morning, best ever. Thank you all for the hospitality and looking after us during our stay. I would like to highlight how hard the F&B staff work and the housekeeping team. You are brilliant! Special thanks to Lorenzo and Paula from the animation team as well.

“Enjoyed our stay but could be so much better!”

Spent a week here with my 7 & 3 year old. Lovely hotel, very big so make sure to have a map. Very clean hotel and very clean room. The room we had was lovely with a pool and ocean view ! Spent a week here with my 7 & 3 year old. Lovely hotel, very big so make sure to have a map. Very clean hotel and very clean room. The room we had was lovely with a pool and ocean view ! The maid service was so good! We came back one day to bed rails on the sofa bed as she noticed my stack of pillows to stop the kids from falling out. The pool bar was good however only one or two members knew how to make the most amazing iced Baileys coffee with cream (These are 10/10 when made right ). Food was great ! Always found something for us all, great selection. Now for the cons: The kids pool entertainment was not great. No inflatables or pool bingo for them was mainly aqua aerobics. The mini disco was good but the adult entertainment was non existent after that. One or two nights there was hired in dancers/ singers so that was about it. There isn’t much to go to around the hotel for a plan B so we ended up on our balcony while the kids watched a movie most nights.

Great hotel, great staff. Nice food and spotlessly clean. In a great location We last came here over 6 years ago and didn't realise it had changed to a family hotel. Meal times and by the main pool were hectic. Lovely adults only section was like an oasis! Great to see small children and families having fun but probably would not return for a couples only break.
