“Fabulous hotel”
Hotel was fabulous, we had a preferred club room on the ground floor overlooking the sugar reef adult only pool. The amenities are great, it’s really worth upgrading to a preferred club room for access to the adult and infinity pools and the snacks room which is well stocked all day. Would highly r… more

“Excellent Location On Playa Dorado Beach”
Ideally located on Playa Dorada Beach.Staff very friendly and hardworking. Very clean hotel.Great facilities. Enjoyed using the gym.A full programme of activities.All inclusive good value for money- but need self discipline!!! Choice of restaurants good.

Great hotel and great location between the Marina and Playa Blanca, genuinely couldn’t be better. Great hotel and great location between the Marina and Playa Blanca, genuinely couldn’t be better. My family really enjoyed our stay at Dreams, genuinely one of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe. The food was excellent in the World Cafe and the restaurants aswell. Our rooms were cleaned every day and mini bar topped up in a nice quiet area over looking the pool. Alhambra or Mahou to choose from draft beers and the home made cocktails were great too! Pool was kept clean and we found there was plenty of sun loungers around both pool. Being animal lovers, it was also nice to see a resident hotel cat called Dolly sleeping in the lobby most days :) We had a baby so emailed reception before our arrival and had a cot and kettle waiting in the room for us. Also for other services and to nosy at menu’ and info, the Hyatt app was great to download whilst we were there The only thing we would recommend improving would be coffee machines in world cafe were very hit and miss for working. Also the lifts had issues a lot for working which was tough for us with a pram. Also for a 5 star hotel it would maybe good to see some poolside table service just as the Lobby bar does? Overall a brilliant stay and would 100% return
