“A bungalow instead of hotel room!”

Our first stay at the hotel for 7 nights just before Christmas. Good quick check-in. Gave us bungalow on first level above reception as requested. I have difficulty walking too far. The top reviews of Dreamplace Bocayna Village are: Our first stay at the hotel for 7 nights just before Christmas. Good quick check-in. Gave us bungalow on first level above reception as requested. I have difficulty walking too far. Spacious clean bungalow. Large outside area. Good kitchen space but very limited utensils. Had to ask for a kettle, there were 2 coffee machines in room. Rooms cleaned every two days. All staff were very polite & friendly. Restaurant clean and good choice & selection of food. Our only dislikes were that the plates should be warmer and the hot food should be kept HOTTER. Even the freshly cooked main courses were coming out of the kitchen warm and not hot. Outside bar near restaurant. Pool area looked good. Plenty of sunbeds. Pool towels provided. Good library of books in reception. Sadly, the weather wasn't too good for us but no one has control over that. We had a rest & relaxed. We are booked to return to the hotel in January for 10 nights. Hopefully we have been allocated a bungalow near number 10 again, fingers crossed..
