We came here as a family. It was a last-minute booking. We arrived and were kindly given an upgrade to the larger bungalows with hot tub and BBQ. As we arrived late at night, we had sandwiches, yoghurt, and bottled water in the bungalow. The bungalows are excellent what we look for in holiday accommodation. 2 bedrooms, with kitchen space. This bungalow was more. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with what you need, a dining table and living room 2 TVs. Outside, we had a large garden space. Perfect for chilling out before dinner or on the clouder days. Perfect for self-catering / half board. The pool & complex are small, and the week we were there was very quiet to start with them got busier as the week went on. But never too busy. With only 48 bungalows, it's perfect for couples, young or families with teens. We never had a problem with sun loungers. The pool is a lovely size. Unfortunately, it's all one depth 140/150m, so my 7-year-old stayed by the steps. There is a sand pit area behind the pool and Boules game area, too. The bar is small with a good selection of music & and a pool table Unfortunately, the soft drinks are of the cheaper brand. There is no evening entertainment, and you are a good 10min walk way from bars. 20/30 min walk to Playa Blanca. The restaurant has a good selection of food. The evening dishes are delicious with lots of Spanish dishes. Evening meals you can choose between 4 delicious dishes or the buffet. All Inclusive can have both. The disappointing thing we found was that none of the food was labelled. You had to guess what it was and what the ingredients were. I emailed the hotel prior to arriving and explained that my children were Dairy free and no almonds. Most dishes ended up having milk in them. So my daughter lived on bread and jam. Food needs to be labelled. We went all-inclusive. Breakfast open till about 10. Lunch was 12-3pm dinner was 7 pm onwards. There is a bar by reception that only all inclusive guests can use 11-3pm. Sadly, there is no food from 3-7pm. The Hotel is on the outskirts of Playa Blanc. The walk to play blanca is a lovely walk, there is a bus or taxi. We went down a couple of time Wednesday and Saturday for the Maker Markets. We would probably come back. As the hotel is great for a lovely peaceful relaxing holiday. *The is a gym and laundry facility.

“Lovely place to stay”

Totally enjoyed our stay. Nice clean and quiet accommodation. Nice food and the restaurant staff were lovely. Absolute credit to the hotel. Only thing that I would say needs attention is the towels. They should have been retired a while ago. Wouldn’t put me off returning though.
