We were a group of 3 female friends staying in individual apartments. We were a bit concerned about the reviews as they seemed so hit and miss. We had the best stay! The team were so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the hotel too. We all felt very safe in our rooms (which were so much bigger than we thought they were going to be!). The food was what you expect from a buffet - the standard salad and dessert bar with a rotating mains offering. The food was cooked well and seasoned nicely. The 30 minute break in dinner service makes complete sense as they refresh all the food options ensuring everything is fresh and well presented. The evening entertainment was hit and miss but this made it entertaining in its own right! The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the centre of Costa Teguise, but we knew this in advance as checked on the map, plus the hotel will provide you with a ticket for a free taxi to the centre at 11.30am and 4pm daily which I have never experienced anywhere else before. We loved our stay, and we will absolutely be back again. Thanks to the Vitalclass Team, we had the best time.

The room was modern, spacious, comfortable and honestly more than I was expecting ; sure there were a few things that needed touching up with some paint here and there but that didn’t bother me in the slightest The food , I could not fault , there was so much choice every day and the quality of the food on offer was amongst the best I have ever had on an all inclusive holiday The staff were amazing , as soon as I checked in they realised I was staying for 9 nights solo and every day they made the effort to say good morning to me . I sadly had an accident in the gym on my first morning (which was not at the fault of the hotel) whereby, I dislocated my shoulder and the hotel manager was excellent at keeping me calm, told me what I needed to take to the hospital, collected belongings from my room for me before I went into the ambulance and I could not fault the professional attitude and calmness to the situation , I felt at east to trust the staff at this hotel to go into my safe without me and this says a lot , thank you so much for looking after me Facilities - the pool areas are fab, the pool bar is lovely and the staff (especially ana) we’re great , the gym was well equipped although a little dated (not what causes my injury ) the spa was a lovely touch and really helped me to relax on a day when the weather was not so great My only criticism is that the entertainment could be worked on slightly ; the microphone announcements were very hard to understand due to the sound quality and perhaps a little more interaction was needed amongst guests , the evening entertainment was average Thank you for a wonderful 9 night stay , I will Be back again

Hotel: Rooms- We were given a room by kids pool initially on ground floor, the locks on the doors did not have double locks, they could be open by a push of a button, felt unsecure. Twin beds pushed together were very soft and rooms needed a good maintence deep clean, lots of marks on the walls. Reception were great at understanding my concerns about security and moved us to a room on a higher floor, very grateful for this. This room was immaculate, not a mark on the walls and bed was an actual king and mattress was firmer, very comfortable, with a jacuzzi (which made up for the kids pool being shut, I’ll get to that) If you are looking for these things I would recommend paying extra for the jacuzzi room. Upon moving to the new room, we did have an issue with the lock to the balcony and bedroom windows not working, but maintenance came at 10pm and rectified it which was great, just seems like something that would have been avoided with regular maintenance perhaps. Food- good, what I could eat was always flavourful, needs more allergy signposting. Did ask reception who said their should be signs by the foods, but these signs gave a basic name of the food, unfortunately nothing changed, chefs seemed unsure about what foods contained allergens and had to ask colleagues. It would be great to have allergen colour coded signs on the labels or even an allergy folder as I’m sure there are many foods I missed out on as I gave up asking. Kids pool- this was shut whilst we were there, we understand this was completely necessary maintence, I have included a photo of the progress of the works so hopefully this will rectify issues other guests have been having. Grateful to be moved to a room with a jacuzzi so this was fine for us, didn’t feel like we could use the main pools as I doubt they would want to be disturbed by kids, hence the kids pool being out of the way. The middle pool is the heated pool. Staff- always so friendly and helpful. Especially the lady with long black hair, I can’t remember if it was in a plait or not and she didn’t have a name badge, a personal heartfelt thanks goes to her. The staff are a credit to the hotel, absolutely 10/10. We were also able to keep our all inclusive benefits until the moment we left the hotel as our transfer was 3 hours after check out. Overall this is a lovely hotel but does need some routine/ repair maintenance which seems to be happening. Local area: Bus from Playa Roca 8 min walk from the hotel 1.40€ into Arrecife, open mall is great, main harbour is great to explore. Definitely recommend. The bus sometimes does seem to run on its own timetable but still is around every 20 mins regular. A 10 min walk down to costal path which is wheelchair accessible and beautiful, definitely recommend this way to get to costal teguise for the scenery. A 30 min walk to the main beach in costa Teguise, loads of great shops and eateries, the bus from Playa Roca also goes into costa teguise if you don’t fancy a walk, but we didn’t do this as loved the views. Hotel also offer a free taxi shuttle twice a day or it costs €3 at any other time. Taxi to Arrecife open mall from the hotel cost is 10€.

“Definitely not 4 star”

Stay in 4 stars all the time and this is most definitely not up to a 4 star standard. Really disappointed, pictures are really deceiving. Stay in 4 stars all the time and this is most definitely not up to a 4 star standard. Really disappointed, pictures are really deceiving. Reception area is very dated and could do with a more modern look, definitely did not get the 4* vibe when we walked in. Went to our room our view was kids pool and slides (not what you wanna see on your kid free holiday😂) Bed was 2 singles pushed together which annoys me so much. Air con didn’t work and my partner was getting all stressy with how hot the room was. Went to reception voiced our concerns and the young lad told us no other rooms to change too. Left it abit and spoke to an older woman who said we can upgrade to a room with a double bed and jacuzzi.. we went to have a look before making a decision so we chose to do that at €35 extra per day. The new room over looked the adult pools (much better view) and had a massive big bed which we were so much happier with. The lady also gave us a huge air con box thing that really helped so she was extremely helpful. We did think about changing hotels but because we’re only here for 4 nights by the time we get the change probably be going home. I was disappointed with breakfast, no fresh omelettes and food just overall isn’t up to 4 star standard in our opinion. Rooms had stains all over the walls and on one towel was stains which is a put off. Towels are tiny aswell, looked like a kitchen towel around my boyfriend😂 The big bed in the upgraded room is very comfy, the room was clean and We really enjoyed the lovely jacuzzi on our balcony also.
