We stayed here during the last week of October-half term. Prior to our arrival I emailed the hotel asking for a top floor room overlooking the pool by the restaurant, which is exactly what we got-room 344a. On arrival , we were given a warm welcome by 2 female reception staff. We were checked in efficiently and 2 glasses of cava went down a treat. We were too early for our room so changed and went round the pool til it was ready. Our room was huge with twin beds and a great view of the pool facing the restaurant. The bathroom was a great size with shower. A great view of the sea when you opened the bathroom window too. There was handwash, body milk and shower gel and towels were changed every day. There were huge shelves in the bathroom which could have been better used in the bedroom. Open wardrobe with shelves, 2 drawers and the safe which was free. Could have done with a few more hangers and 2 bedside tables would have been a bonus. Ladies, a full length mirror to do your hair if you moved the chair or as I did, sat on the bed. The beds were super comfy and I had a fantastic weeks sleep. The complex is a quiet one and despite me being a light sleeper was not woke up once. There is a free safe to use, a fridge and a kettle. A large bottle of water on arrival with coffee, tea etc but these weren’t replaced once used. The pool was heated which was great. Sunbeds did get saved but you could always get one. Free pool towels were given out by the pool guy. We found the pool by the bar was windier and cooler so sat round the other one which we overlooked anyway. We met lots of lovely people by the pool and 2 lots of them had stayed before. One couple re booked again before they left. We were on a B&B basis and breakfast was good. Good choice of breads and pastries. Lots of cooked food including fresh omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes. Cereals, cold meats, cheese and fruit also. The coffee was of a good quality too. The hotel is very central to all the restaurants and bars in CT and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are so many restaurants to choose from with all cuisines. Our favourite was a Chinese called Chu Lin which wasn’t an all you can eat buffet. Our favourite bar was Cocktail Corner for cocktails, obviously, and Kalima. We hired e-bikes from Planet Bikes on the seafront. These cost €30 each for the day and were great for a few hours. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if we visited CT . “Exceeded expectations”

Lovely hotel well situated for the centre of Costa Teguise. Ongoing building work did not interfere with us at all although all the family rooms do overlook the site so I would recommend asking for a top floor room when booking to avoid looking right out onto the builders. Lovely hotel well situated for the centre of Costa Teguise. Ongoing building work did not interfere with us at all although all the family rooms do overlook the site so I would recommend asking for a top floor room when booking to avoid looking right out onto the builders. Pool is heated and such an added bonus with the fresh breeze and cloudy days that Lanzarote gets. Breakfast was spot on and set us up for the day. Cava at breakfast was a nice touch. Avoid the pool bar food, so many nicer and cheaper options in town. Rooms are immaculate, albeit not at all private with the bathroom fully visible to family members due to a glass sliding door. So bear this in mind when travelling with older children or as a friendship group. Free safe in room and AC as well as full size hairdryer with diffuser and small under counter fridge. Hotel has a very chilled vibe, all guests we met were decent people, mixture of English and European with majority English. Not a football shirt or Union Jack towel in sight! Plenty of sun loungers around the pool, never struggled to find 4 together. Pool towels are provided. Enjoyed meeting the resident hedgehog on a few of the evenings which my daughter named “Spike”. Hope to return next year.

Fab hotel we had a pool view suite opposite the main pool - we only did b&b but food was fab everyday with lots of choice - the hotel was right in the centre of everything but also very quiet & chilled - only wish we could pick the hotel up & move it too somewhere a bit livelier at night as the res… more

Fab hotel we had a pool view suite opposite the main pool - we only did b&b but food was fab everyday with lots of choice - the hotel was right in the centre of everything but also very quiet & chilled - only wish we could pick the hotel up & move it too somewhere a bit livelier at night as the resort wasn’t for us unfortunately which is a shame !!

“A week in October 2024”

From start to finish this hotel was amazing. I emailed them before our holiday and their correspondence was excellent. The hotel is lovely. Our room was fabulous with a superking bed and lovely bathroom. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, the pools, the grounds, the bars and restaurant. All in all… more

Our room was fabulous with a superking bed and lovely bathroom. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, the pools, the grounds, the bars and restaurant. All in all the hotel was perfect and we had a really good week.
