We booked through booking.com. We had read all reviews and were looking forward to our holiday. We had asked for a ground floor apartment and a pool view. We booked through booking.com. We had read all reviews and were looking forward to our holiday. We had asked for a ground floor apartment and a pool view. When checking in we were given a first floor apartment overlooking a car park with a partial sea view. We had booked a sea view apartment. We were told no ground floor available. The receptionist said none of what we had asked for were on the forms. We asked for a refund but was told no. We later found out there are only four ground floor apartments. If this was known on Neptune site? Which it should be? We think we would have understood why. We asked if we want to book can we book a ground floor apartment. No you can't. It depends on who is most needy when arriving. So we want to come again and Impossible to be guaranteed a ground floor apartment. Moving on to our stay. The Neptuno is beautiful. Beautiful views Very relaxing Very quiet Excellent receptionists Very helpful Cleaning staff work very hard and do a good job Apartment, comfortable with good size lounge. Beds comfortable. Balcony a good size . Kitchen good area with Al you need. Downside to Neptuno:- Poor water pressure Sunbeds need upgrading. Stained, uncomfortable and many semi repaired. Beds changed more than once a week. Corridor carpet tired and floor uneven. We enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back to stay.

Just returned from a weeks stay at these apartments. First & Foremost it’s all about the Location,situated on Jabilo beach so the views from your windows are of the beach/sea We stayed in room 310 which was of good standard and fulfilled all our needs, The apartment consisted of a small kitchenette,tv,bathroom included shower and hairdryer their is a safe in the bedroom which was €2.50 a day or €15 for the week plus a €10 refundable deposit The pool area though not the biggest was clean and tidy & we had no problem getting a sun lounger even though there are signs stating sun beds Can’t be reserved unfortunately guests ignored these rules. You can pay for breakfast which is only continental €15pp (expensive) Maria on reception is always smiling and very good at welcoming you. Reception is open 8am until 8pm Overall would recommend and definitely would return
