We booked through booking.com. We had read all reviews and were looking forward to our holiday. We had asked for a ground floor apartment and a pool view. When checking in we were given a first floor apartment overlooking a car park with a partial sea view. We had booked a sea view apartment. We were told no ground floor available. The receptionist said none of what we had asked for were on the forms. We asked for a refund but was told no. We later found out there are only four ground floor apartments. If this was known on Neptune site? Which it should be? We think we would have understood why. We asked if we want to book can we book a ground floor apartment. No you can't. It depends on who is most needy when arriving. So we want to come again and Impossible to be guaranteed a ground floor apartment. Moving on to our stay. The Neptuno is beautiful. Beautiful views Very relaxing Very quiet Excellent receptionists Very helpful Cleaning staff work very hard and do a good job Apartment, comfortable with good size lounge. Beds comfortable. Balcony a good size . Kitchen good area with Al you need. Downside to Neptuno:- Poor water pressure Sunbeds need upgrading. Stained, uncomfortable and many semi repaired. Beds changed more than once a week. Corridor carpet tired and floor uneven. We enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back to stay.

Just returned from a weeks stay at these apartments. First & Foremost it’s all about the Location,situated on Jabilo beach so the views from your windows are of the beach/sea We stayed in room 310 which was of good standard and fulfilled all our needs, The apartment consisted of a small kitchenette,tv,bathroom included shower and hairdryer their is a safe in the bedroom which was €2.50 a day or €15 for the week plus a €10 refundable deposit The pool area though not the biggest was clean and tidy & we had no problem getting a sun lounger even though there are signs stating sun beds Can’t be reserved unfortunately guests ignored these rules. You can pay for breakfast which is only continental €15pp (expensive) Maria on reception is always smiling and very good at welcoming you. Reception is open 8am until 8pm Overall would recommend and definitely would return

“Lovely and quiet”

The reception is bright. Marie on reception was friendly and welcoming. We had a ground floor room with pool and a fabulous sea view. The reception is bright. Marie on reception was friendly and welcoming. We had a ground floor room with pool and a fabulous sea view. The bedroom was a good size with 2 large single beds which were comfortable with a duvet. There was only one pillow but Marie got us another one. The lounge, kitchen diner was large but the sofa wasn't very comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge freezer, which is all we needed. The aircon is only in the lounge but worked well. The bathroom was small which would have been fine if there was a shelf for all your toiletries. The shower wasn't very powerful and no extractor fan. There is a hairdryer, but there is no where to do your hair and make-up, but there is a full-length mirror in the lounge. The main problem is that the bathroom and bedroom windows open on to a corridor and the corridor lights are left on all night so the rooms are quite bright at night. You can also hear the people in reception. Maybe the corridors should have motion detection Our balcony was big and it would have been nice to have 2 sunbeds as well as the table and 2 chairs. There is also a wall airer. It's a shame that they don't have steps from the balcony to the pool area. The pool area was spotless and cleaned daily. Lots of sunbeds parasols with plenty of space between them. Three double bed type loungers which were really comfortable. Pool was quite small and cold. The whole week we were here no one saved a sunbed and sunbeds were available at any time. Close to loads of shops and restaurants but was nice and quiet.

“Mainly good, could be great”

Just returned from a 7 night stay. First visit to Costa Teguise, and managed to get a really good deal price wise. Posivites Very peaceful, quiet pool area and location is perfect. Just returned from a 7 night stay. First visit to Costa Teguise, and managed to get a really good deal price wise. Posivites Very peaceful, quiet pool area and location is perfect. Reception staff lovely, and the hotel is kept very clean. Negatives Dated apartments don’t usually bother me as long as the apartments are clean. However, our apartment (first floor) was in need of major reburbishment. The sliding doors and bedroom door both leading on to the balcony were rotting meaning they didn’t close fully to the ground when locked. Whilst hotels can’t help insects etc - every evening after daylight the apartment had lots of bugs coming in through the gaps. Definitely needs a bit of work to fix the exterior fittings. Furthermore the pipes from the room were leaking water to the roof of the restaurant underneath which didn’t look particularly safe. Would I return - if the apartments were refurbished then absolutely. As far as a peaceful, quite holiday where you can chill out for a very reasonable price is concerned - it would usually be dreamy, but it definitely needs attention to fix the issues before I’d consider booking again. All in all however, an enjoyable stay for the price we paid.
