I am currently staying at the hotel and after a very tiring day of delays from Manchester Airport we finally arrived the early hours of the morning and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There was food and water in our room as we had missed dinner and all very fresh and very welcome. Breakfast this morning was amazing. I have a milk allergy and when I asked about the food served a member of staff took me around the buffet to tell me what I could and couldn’t have. We have also asked to move rooms and Loly Perez was so helpful. All I can say is we have been here less than 12 hours and so far the staff have been above and beyond.

“Been here before”

We love this hotel,been here before. Staff (Francisco, noelia, Miki, Ronald, Isabel) are wonderful. Cons- please sort out the flooring in the restaurant and on the floor walkways. We love this hotel,been here before. Staff (Francisco, noelia, Miki, Ronald, Isabel) are wonderful. Cons- please sort out the flooring in the restaurant and on the floor walkways. Really let's you down for a 4*. Need relaying. Entertainment in the main is good ( Angie &Evie especially). Bar staff need customer service training sometimes - only 2 glasses at a time???? What if there are more than 2 of you?

“Lovely Christmas”

First Christmas holiday. Has the wow factor as walk in. Very relaxing atmosphere. Great location, really clean hotel. Great hardworking staff. Room fine great view, comfy bed, maid did great job. First Christmas holiday. Has the wow factor as walk in. Very relaxing atmosphere. Great location, really clean hotel. Great hardworking staff. Room fine great view, comfy bed, maid did great job. Booked superior room requested quiet area which it was. Had 2 wonderful meals in a la carte. Christmas eve buffet was lovely. On the whole food was good limited choices compared to some hotels but could always find something nice. Entertainment mostly good, main problem because of layout difficult to always see . Drinks fine. Downsides Cost of safe, usually free in 4 star Hot food in snack bar. After a day at main beach thought have a snack. Chef got out cheap frozen sausage and burgers and put on grill. I would never have these at home. He did not use a prong to test they were cooked, so didn't risk either, just had fries.. Sure these 2 things could be looked at to make an even more perfect holiday. Nothing to do with hotel but could management put pressure on council to do something about the toilets on the beach as the smell was awful as walked past, not pleasant if you needed to use.

We arrived for a 7 night break to celebrate New Year's Eve and our 19th wedding anniversary. On arrival, we checked in and was given information about room and meals/ facilities. We went to book our meal for the Gala night. The Gala Night included a set meal brought to your table. This consisted mainly of fish dishes. I don't like fish at all, so I was disappointed from the start as we stayed in hotels in the past with amazing buffets There were 2 time slots, 18.30 and 21.30 although given no option for 18.30 as all slots were taken At 21.50, we were still waiting to go into the restaurant with a massive queue of people getting frustrated. l asked the reception if I could speak to a manager and was informed that no one is available. I find this extremely poor service. The food was brought to the tables 1 plate after another. I asked our waiter, who was extremely good, if I could have some chips as all the food that came to the table I couldn't eat. Sam, the waiter did look after us with drinks and chips also, let me have 2 portions off the steak as I couldn't eat anything else except rolls and the vegetable soup. The food situation wasn't great for the rest of the week. On to the positives, the hotel is sitting right on the beach with a stunning view, and the room was clean as well as the bars and public seating areas. The bar seating was revolving around the bar, which was really good. The staff were friendly and the entertainment was also good the fireworks New Years Eve where great. I think the hotel is let down with the quality and variance of food available along with the temperature of the food. We wouldn't in a hurry as we have had better food in other hotel's this is a real shame tbh
