Our first holiday abroad with our 22 month old and we had a lovely time. The hotel is lovely and has gorgeous landscaped grounds which are maintained immaculately. We stayed in a bungalow which was great, with a lovely private terrace area. The food at the restaurant was really good quality and was very family friendly with lots of highchairs, a kids buffet and friendly staff. A lot of similar items each day but also variations to the main dishes with themes e.g. Mexican, Moroccan, Italian etc Loads of activities at the hotel for kids and adults, the daisy baby club was great with so many toys to play with. The hotel is in a great location, bus stop right outside for day trips and we also hired bikes and a trailer from nearby and cycled to Puerto del Carmen along the sea front the whole way. Beach is only 5 minute walk and is a lovely sandy beach. The mini disco is on every night and was very popular! Would love to return in future, we made some lovely memories for our first family holiday abroad and couldn't fault the hotel or staff which is rare for me as I'm told I have high standards!

“Great family hotel”

We loved this hotel. The star of this hotel is the wonderful animation team. Our two small kids went to kids club every morning and loved it! We loved this hotel. The star of this hotel is the wonderful animation team. Our two small kids went to kids club every morning and loved it! I felt very safe leaving them with the team who were super professional and brilliant with the kids. We had three hours to ourselves every morning! We didn’t know ourselves! Pools were a bit chilly but they did heat up As the week went on. Room was fine.. nothing fancy but plenty of space and really clean. Next time I will request a pool view as our view from the balcony didn’t have a nice view. We did half board and swapped dinner for lunch each day which was handy and worked out great value. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. We are already looking at booking for next year. Thank you h10 Lanzarote gardens for a lovely week.

“Good kids hotel”

Nice hotel with small kids. They loved pools, and because adult pool was heated you can swim very long time. Kids playground also nice. I loved everyday fitness session! Sophie/Sofia was best, 20-30 minutes and workouts change everyday. Hotel was close of everything and busses go good evey where. … more

Nice hotel with small kids. They loved pools, and because adult pool was heated you can swim very long time. Kids playground also nice. I loved everyday fitness session! Sophie/Sofia was best, 20-30 minutes and workouts change everyday. Hotel was close of everything and busses go good evey where. The only big negative thing was the food. Breakfast was hood but evening meal not so much. Yes there was many choises and every day was different country (italia, mexico, canary..) , but food never tasted anything. Really tasteless. And in kids buffee mainly ready-made food (nugget, hod dog, hamburger). Our kids ate two weeks mainly spagetti, hod dogs, cucumber,tomato and bread.

This is a well-located hotel in the heart of Costa Teguise. There are several free car parks available for parking, but some are located along dead-end alleys and obstructed by the truck emptying the bins. It is best to park near the gate and walk a little to your room. The rooms with balconies, spread over 3 floors without a lift, are spacious and comfortable. The communal areas are well-appointed with a beautiful garden. The food is good. The hotel staff are friendly and dedicated. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW! This hotel welcomes mostly young couples with very young children from 0 to 5 years old! There are many play areas in the communal areas. THE BLACK SPOT and prohibitive nightmare: Eating at the restaurant: The entrance to the restaurant is littered with double pushchairs and prams. We counted more than sixteen! The small restaurant room is a real playground where very young children throw tantrums. Some cry, others scream, crawl, roll on the floor, run in all directions, climb on the tables, bang the cutlery on their table with all their might, smear their faces with food or knock over their plates in the middle of a minority of elderly, retired and bewildered customers who are forced to eat with earplugs. The daily waste of food is enormous! It's the holidays, anything goes! Parents let it happen and the restaurant staff sweep and pick up the few broken plates every day without complaining. Every meal in the restaurant in this hotel is a real nightmare! It would be wise to reserve a corner of the restaurant for the very small minority of senior customers who want to eat in peace. We will not return to this hotel until this is done.
