We had a really great time at H10 Lanzarote Gardens, its well kept, well organised and very family orientated.   Room and surroundings - gardens are beautiful and always tidy, the rooms (we had a bungalow) are spacious but getting a bit tired but still very comfortable.  Our room was in sight of the pool and bar but we didn't hear any party noise once we shut the door.  We never struggled for a lounger (we were there early June).  Room were always cleaned nicely. Restaurant - Food is buffet and the queues are busy but do move quickly.  Food is really good, there is always something to have, kids are happy and overall we were really pleased with the menu and quality.  They have a kids food area which is good.  Lots of dessert options too.  Fun theme nights (mexican, american etc).  I think they could have more Spanish food but that might not be to everyones tastes. The cocktails in the bars were a bit hit or miss though, quite inconsistent. Entertainment - really good, our daughter looooooved the mini disco, highly recommend.  The kids club is outstanding and Karen and the team do an amazing job with lots of fun activities.  We really enjoyed the adult programme as well - water polo was a highlight.  The Blue Team are really chatty and entertaining, special mention to Mario for making sure everyone had a good laugh.  Front desk - just lovely, always helpful - for us above and beyond (we missed our tour connection and they organised a taxi and made sure the driver knew where we were going, thanks Christina!).  All the team, bar none, were pleasant and helpful. Location - great, short walk to the beach, shops and supermarket across the road.   Overall - the resort is ideal for families, not sure we'd go without children to be honest.  But we would happily return to this resort.

What a great hotel, my husband and I have spent a few days here, staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble, food was great. “Family holiday to 4* resort.”

Family holiday to 4* resort. I don't write enough reviews but we've just got back from a great family holiday in Lanzarote. We stayed at H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens in Costa Teguise. Family holiday to 4* resort. I don't write enough reviews but we've just got back from a great family holiday in Lanzarote. We stayed at H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens in Costa Teguise. We opted for half board although all inclusive was also available. Half board gave us more incentive to explore outside of the hotel. Hotel was good and we would definitely recommend. All staff were very friendly and helpful (reception, restaurant and entertainment). Special mention for Mario (entertainment) that helped to make it a memorable holiday. H10 are lucky to have him (5* rating). Swimming pools were decent, although baby pool could've been warmer. It wasn't very inviting to our 1 year old. Although we also opted for a few trips to the beach and various water parks. We would recommend Rancho Texas (Puerto del Carmen). Food was buffet style although there was plenty of choice to keep everyone happy. Quality was very good. We didn't use the mini/junior clubs (13 year old and 1 year old), although they appeared to offer an excellent service to families with younger children.

My main reason for booking this hotel is the reviews on the Kids club, animations team and just how attentive they are with kids!! This part did not disappoint. From the amazing team at kids club, to the buffet area for kids/families. The evening shows and the tropical party which was so amazing to see all the kids and their amazing dancing skills. Room - I did request one of the newer room but was told it was unavailable. The room we stayed in 367 was okay (we previously changed as the other room had 2 single beds instead of the requested kings bed). The room was dated, the bathroom was dated and the view was off the side of the hotel. As we were only there for a few days - it didn't matter as much but if I was staying for longer - I would have asked again to be moved. The staff at the pool bar were so amazing and friendly and made great drinks. The aquarium and mini golf were around the corner so on our last day we went ro explore. Beach not to far either and was able to rent sun loungers which was a plus. Lovely hotel that does need to be modernised throughout however great place if you are looking for somewhere for your kids to have fun.
