So my final day here so I'm sat by the pool and heading home to the North East later today. I thought I'd review as it's only fair and will post on trip advisor later. This hotel has exceeded my expectations, we've had a wonderful week here. The hotel is absolutely spotless, rooms are spacious and we had a balcony which was lovely. The weather we've enjoyed. Food is ample, the choice is fantastic and it's all very fresh. I didn't have an issue with cold food at any point and truth be told didn't notice anyone mention it either, it seemed everyone was enjoying it. Cocktails ample on the AI option, wine and Amstel available and fruit juices and pop all good choice along with coffee. Basically there is food and drink for everyone and I'm a fussy eater. On an evening they have themed nights for example Chinese, Mexican. The Mexican night food a highlight for me it was lovely. The staff in the restaurant and bar above and beyond keep the place absolutely spotless. Onto the entertainment, well this was a real highlight. I posted on here I think it was Tuesday night the "Game Show" evening night was "carnage" in such great spirits everyone had a really good night. We had a local singer on Thursday who was very good and a magician on Friday again very good. The entertainment team work bloody hard and one in particular Stratos from Greece absolutely amazing, say hello to him he's a really nice man, very friendly and bloody good at his job, we'll miss his humour, he made our holiday even better. Facilities in the room perfectly fine, WiFi coverage in this hotel is very impressive. I streamed football and boxing last night on my tablet and it never dropped out once. The pool is nice, the middle one is warmer and again it's very clean. Costa Teguise really nice, the beach is only a 10 minute walk away it's all flat and makes for a nice walk both ways. If you're feeling more adventurous have a walk up the mountain nearby (you can't miss it), about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. My wife said 8/10 but I'd go 9/10. 3 star I'm never fussy about such ratings, I just judge for myself once I'm here and I cannot fault this place and the staff. Flying home for Christmas with many good memories and no complaints about this hotel at all. It's delivered everything we wanted and more. There is a safe in the room and a hairdryer also. Just back as a family of 5. Spent a week in this hotel and I have to admit for a 3 star hotel I was actually very impressed. Yes the rooms may be slightly dated but they are large, clean and functional. The reception gives a bad impression as it does need updated. Our rooms were cleaned every day bar Friday and Saturday which I think is reasonable. The food I thought was tasty and well seasoned compared to some places I’ve stayed. There was microwave if you wanted it hotter but I never saw anyone use it. Good variety of food also. No issues about getting sunlounger and a heated pool (although was still a bit chilly at this time of year) was a bonus. Reps worked really hard and I thought the entertainment was good compared to the last two hotels I stayed in lanzarote. Nothing fancy but enjoyed the quiz nights and music bingo. Did not like the magician - found it quite dated. Drinks were okay. Beer was good. Local spirits were fine as was the wine but avoid the cocktails - they were from a machine and rubbish. I have been coming to Lanzarote since 1996 and have stayed in a lot of 4 star hotels in Costa Teguise but for what I paid for this for the week for the 5 of us I think it was great value for money. I would definitely come back.

Stayed over Christmas for a week, room was big nice and clean, towels only changed once in the whole week!! Sheets not changed at all!! Food in my opinion was not good, never hot n not great at all, yes I'm quite fussy but I honestly thought it was awful, very bland, soups not good thick awful & tasteless, mains, don't bother, I lived on salad! Desserts were ok, staff lovely and friendly, pools etc are lovely, asked if we could get curtesy room for show on last day, given a time, towels supplied but no soap or shower gel, basic things but important, I liked the rooms but would not return because of awful food, we ate out a lot which is annoying when we have paid all inclusive, better off elsewhere
