Beautiful hotel and fantastic friendly staff. Lovely pool area extremely clean as we're the rooms. Location slightly out of town but only 3 to 4 euros in a taxi. Convenient shop within the hotel where you can buy cigarettes alcohol and snacks plus some holiday essentials ie sun cream etc

The hotel itself was nice and always clean large reception area, Hotel rooms are a little dated and do need some improvement (room 210) balcony was lovely with sun loungers but also was very very noisy day or night not sure if it’s staff above moving and banging all the time. Maid kept leaving 2 towels when there was 3 people in room which was a pain. She never made the bed if we left items on 🤦🏼‍♀️ Food: I do think this need to be thought about more was never much choice 5 trays of hot food which consist of meat or fish, potatoes, veg and pasta and a sauce There was always chips and a meat option I think lunch time is better then evening meal II think you they need more option for cake instead of moose all The time. We stayed for 10 nights and ate out for 6 nights I can’t understand why New Year’s Eve gala was the same food apart from the cheese display and fish/prawn options This was very disappointing On a plus side Restaurant was always clean and tidy. Pool area was always clean, this was probably because you had to pay a deposit for your cup which was 1 euro so no cups was never lying around but no one tells you this until you go to get your 1st drink Entertainment was rubbish never no room in the bar I would suggest a board as to what is happening outside the bar as everybody doesn’t see the tiny screen in reception we didn’t even know what was happening on New Year’s Eve so was back in our room as there was no information to be seen Weather was nice some dull days which made it cold and wind was slightly cold, evenings was cool so always needed a jacket or jumper Town centre was lots of bars and restaurants Not many English places a lot of Italian & curry restaurant would Recommend jack Daniel’s bar on the seafront. The only thing we found with all restaurants they like you too book, everywhere ask you if you have a reservation. I wouldn’t return to this hotel for the above reasons and wouldn’t recommend we paid a lot of money to come here and I don’t think it was worth the money and deffo not 4 star.
