We come across this hotel on, on the beach, we had nerver been before but will definitely be coming back, friendly staff, relaxing, clean, food is amazing and had the most welcome and helpful staff member Brahim thank you for making our holiday.

Great adult only hotel with a classy feel. Room was large and had a hot tub on the balcony. Bed was super comfy. Not a fan of not having a private bathroom. Pool was heated so great for a dip. Food and drink quality first class. There was loads of variety. Champs bar had some good acts in the evening. All inc drinks served to 1am. Location was perfect. Buses to Teguise and Puerto del Carmen within a 5 minute walk.

The hotel is nicely situated on the coast in Costa Teguise and, not only does it benefit from its location, there are many bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance to suit most tastes. The welcome at the hotel upon arrival was quick and friendly, and the offer of either a non-alcoholic beverage or a glass of prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. The layout of the hotel is split into zones, which makes it easy to navigate when you first get there so that you can find your room with minimal effort. We opted for a deluxe double room with ocean view hot tub, which was located on a separate balcony due to the fact that our room was on a corner of the hotel. The room itself was spotlessly clean when we first entered it and had a nice smell to it. There was a wardrobe with plenty of room to hang up all of your clothes along with a safe, which is available at an additional charge. The toilet was between the wardrobe and the shower, which had a full length mirror on the outside of the door when it was closed. The rain shower was always hot and powerful, and made for a very enjoyable experience every time. The shower cubicle looked out on to the bedroom but was 3/4 frosted. The bedroom had a large LG flatscreen TV, which provided a wide range of television and radio channels in Spanish, English, German, French and Italian. The bedside tables at either side of the bed had good storage space and plug points at either side. There were also bedside lamps hanging down as well as an adjustable reading light on the wall, which was a nice touch. The bed in the room was the star of the show - I don't think I've ever slept in a hotel with a more comfortable bed. It was supremely relaxing with an extra thick mattress topper on top of the actual mattress, and was so wide that you can spread out without coming into contact with your partner. The sheets were also very soft and had a nice feel to them. There was also a two seater sofa in the room as well as a dressing table with a coffee maker on it. The rooms also have an iron and ironing board in them, which was very useful. Our room looked out on to the infinity pool and, beyond that, the ocean itself. The views were stunning, and I found it very relaxing to sit outside in the sunshine watching the world go by as well as the people enjoying the beach and the water activities. There wasn't a lot of noise at night so there were no disturbances that affected our sleep. The room was cleaned daily and both towels and bed sheets were replaced as required. It was tastefully decorated although there were some signs on the walls and ceilings that they could do with a fresh lick of paint but it wasn't that bad that it affected our stay. Other than the infinity pool, there is a large, rectangular swimming pool with a good selection of deckchairs and cabanas around it. It was mainly very peaceful around the pool but, on certain days, they did have additional entertainment such as a violinist and a DJ. Guests are given towel cards upon arrival, which you can exchange at the pool as often as required. The pool bar was nice and service was satisfactory. The hotel also has a small gym with a selection of equipment that looked quite modern but, sadly, we didn't try it out during our stay. We opted for half board, so we were able to try out many different food options for both breakfast and dinner. It was generally well organised and drinks service was mostly prompt. The staff at the restaurant were really friendly - especially Montserrat, whose smiling face was very welcoming every evening. There are lots of items available to suit even the most unadventurous of eaters, as well as a hot plate where meat and fish was being cooked to order, and also an Asian section that had sushi and other rice dishes. As you approach the steps that run below the infinity pool, you will see the Champs bar at the bottom of the stairwell. This is connected to the hotel so food and drink can be charged to your room, and has lots of big screens, which are good for watching sports etc. Check out was just as easy as check in, and the staff had a complimentary baggage storage section so that, once checked out, they would look after your stuff until you had to leave. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its facilities.
