“Lovely hotel in a pretty environment”

I had a very enjoyable week here. Super friendly staff, and I especially liked being greeted with a glass of fizz on arrival. Laid back vibe suited me very well. Pool about 40m which was brilliant.

Sunbed wars and drunks Pros Location Cons Forget getting a sunbed unless you want to sleep on it from midnight Really poor set up for buffet, everyone has to stream past the main buffet when entering causing a log jam of people. At best the food was luke warm and poor quality. The deluxe rooms are far from it, they are cramped with limited storage space. We upgraded to a junior suite which was ok at best. This is a fur coat and no knickers resort striving to be something it’s not. The only night we did do the smash and grab buffet a very drunk guy sat near us ordering large glasses of wine, downing them in one and ordering tow at a time, no one stopped this they just kept supplying him. They charge 3 euros a day to use the safe.. it’s like going back to the budget hotels of the 1980s. The room floors need a deep clean, ours was filthy.

Just home after staying 10 days at this hotel, was a nice hotel but have stayed in better 4 star hotels PROS - The beds in the room are very comfortable - Great location - Food was lovely CONS - We had a deluxe room with hot tub, could ideally provide a couple extra towels in room for using with the tub or even a robe & slippers. - Some mornings towels would be lifted by lifeguard and some mornings people had towels down at 7am and lifeguards never touched them, surely a lot easier to either lift them every day, not just random days as this cause's confusion. - We had a water mark appear on our shower ceiling and after reporting it, the maintenance teams answer was to paint over it, reported again after it re appeared and was painted over again?? - Check out - check out is 12am and after enquiring about a late check out and it being unavailable, was offered an extension on our all inclusive instead, we ended up using the disabled toilets in reception to change in before we left, a room or 2 near reception could be kept as a courtesy room for this reason to allow guests to shower and change before leaving like in many other hotels. - Buffet restaurant - Could do with at least 1 more coffee machine for the morning and the layout isn't the best, you access the restaurant into where all the hot/cold buffet is located and it becomes extremely busy with people entering/leaving and people getting breakfast all meeting at the same point. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably come back again, just a few small things let it down.

Pros: *staff so lovely, very accommodating * great choice for breakfast * great location Cons: *breakfast food could be hotter * sunbeds crammed in like sardines, no privacy for an adult only hotel *pool poorly located and designed when it comes to sunbeds around it when trying to catch the sun *stressful when trying to get a sunbeds as they don't have alot of space so fill up easily and some have been 'blocked' by people from early morning who usually leave them free all day until they return in the evening. Disgraceful. Shouldn't be allowed. No idea what dinner is like here as we went out every night. Looks like alot of ppl do the All Inclusive though. Great location but we won't be returning based on the whole sunbed situation. We come on hols to relax and didn't find the space to be atall relaxing. Too many sunbeds crammed in, and ppl being allowed to 'hold' sunbeds while they head off for the day is a problem for those of us who would like to sunbathe.
