“Exceeded our expectation's, 3 star plus resort”
We stayed here as two couples at the beginning of Feb, we were given two adjoining ground floor apartments as we had requested. The rooms were spacious and clean with a safe included. really comfortable beds and a nice balcony with a view to the pool area. more than adequate for a three star resort… more
We stayed here as two couples at the beginning of Feb, we were given two adjoining ground floor apartments as we had requested. The rooms were spacious and clean with a safe included. really comfortable beds and a nice balcony with a view to the pool area. more than adequate for a three star resort. The whole vibe of the resort was very relaxed and everything was a short walk from the room. All the staff worked tirelessly and were friendly from the cleaners to bar staff and in the restaurant. The food was well above a three star rated establishment, lots of different choices to suit most palettes with different themed nights. The entertainment team did a splendid job in the day and later in the evenings to keep us interested. The evening acts were varied and of a good standard. Travel to other parts of the island are easily accessed and well serviced by a cheap but crowded bus service. We really enjoyed our week and would definitely like to return in the future. Only one word to sum up our stay..... WOW

Very reasonable priced and definitely I would rate it higher than 3 stars. Excellent Adults Only Hotel. Now a TUI Hotel. Very reasonable priced and definitely I would rate it higher than 3 stars. Excellent Adults Only Hotel. Now a TUI Hotel. The rooms and grounds are all spotlessly clean, staff really attentive in the dining room clearing plates. Food was great and varied every day. Great bus route to take you to different parts of the Island. Rooms are really modern with walk in showers, and large flat screen tv, with a free safe and kettle and large fridge. We took a trip to Arrecife on the No3 bus (€1.40 each way) to go to the Cafe Bar at the Grand Hotel it’s on 17th floor with panoramic views of the island, it was well worth it and the prices were normal bar prices. Great holiday. Would defo come again

“Great winter break that did not Dissapoint”
Tui ficus was a real pleasant surprise, hotel is a 3 star but I would rate higher.rooms were big separate lounge and bedroom area over looking the pool with large balcony .Food was good no complaints plenty of choice drink at bar was great no queues , free safe was a bonus makes a change usually 1… more
Tui ficus was a real pleasant surprise, hotel is a 3 star but I would rate higher.rooms were big separate lounge and bedroom area over looking the pool with large balcony .Food was good no complaints plenty of choice drink at bar was great no queues , free safe was a bonus makes a change usually 10-15 euros a week, TV in room had the main UK channels if you fancied a quiet night. Location wise if you struggle with walking it's about 15mins into main resort but it is pretty flat. The main plus side was the staff everyone we met were great very friendly nothing too much trouble, never been to a hotel abroad were the staff were all fantastic so well done all the guests were talking about it !! Overall would recommend and definitely would return.
