“Very good hotel living up to Fred Olsen standards of hospitality.”
The Hotel is very well presented and maintained. The layout of the hotel as a 'village' with no high rise is particularly charming and gives a very relaxed feel. Fantastic hotel- so beautiful. We loved everything about it. Especially the beautiful gardens with so many different plants and the fact that there is plenty of vegan food to choose from in both the main restaurant and also the hotels other restaurants.

“A Mini Paradise On La Gomera !”
This was our first visit and it was a wonderful holiday experience. Loved the colonial-style buildings. The plan/design layout of the complex is stunning. “Excellent first time visit to this amazing property - highly recommended”
First time visitors travelling via TUI. Everything was very smooth from flight to transfer to ferry to ferry to La Gomera and then transfer to the Hotel. “Good hotel - poor staff”
The hotel, setting and facilities are largely very good, however the attitude/quality of staff severely hinder the overall holiday experience. Whilst some of the staff ate pleasant - the majority are rude, disinterested and untrained.
