We arrived 21st may check in was fast and our room was ready lovely staff on reception, room was ok a bit dated but perfectly fine for our 10 days cleaned daily and we was happy overall. The resort is vast and immaculate grounds gardens our room was up by the wonder bar and we chilled out around the activity pool most days nice walk down to the beach Toni’s bar we frequently visited for a ice cream and a drink there is a bar in the beach we could have used part of the all inclusive but the ice cream there is not the best we also was some days meeting family on the beach who was staying else where , we like our own night time entertainment playing cards look band making but what we did join in was great Spanish night and silent disco was fab also foam party main pool was loads of fun , sharky swim school at the hotel is honestly amazing we had Marion and Vanessa for a few lessons for our 8 year old who can swim but needs help with technique , confidence and her breathing while swimming we can’t thank you enough she’s back loving her uk lessons although her teacher at home not got a patch on Marion . We had days out used the bus ( bus stop out side hotel ) was good price and went in to old town and Santa Eulària. The road next to hotel has a Acrobasc place for all ages zip lines high ropes this place made our girls holiday €20 per person and tanguy was so encouraging fab place makes us wanting to return to this hotel more as we have felt it’s got everything we would want from a holiday overall great resort good beach enough to do inside hotel and just outside easy transport we will return hopefully 🙏

On the whole a good family holiday. The rooms however are a let down. Very very basic, a bit gloomy and very tired. We had a room with a fridge, microwave and sink. On the whole a good family holiday. The rooms however are a let down. Very very basic, a bit gloomy and very tired. We had a room with a fridge, microwave and sink. It looked very much like a bed sit than a hotel room. The food was ok, loads and loads of choice and vegan and gluten free choices available. The food was never hot despite trying at various times of the day. We tried both of the restaurants, both were lovely and a nice experience. Good snacks and drinks throughout the day. Pools nice and clean, lots of entertainment both in the day and at night. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas to keep under the shade. All round a good place for families but not much luxury

Just returned home from a week as a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. The apartment was really spacious and clean. The food was fantastic, huge range of choices, regret not booking one of the other restaurants one night though. Self service drink stations are brilliant. After reading the reviews about little to no evening entertainment we weren’t sure what to expect… there was entertainment every day, not in the traditional sense, a kids disco every night and then something else, outdoor cinema, glow in the dark activities, Micheal Jackson tribute night, flamenco dancing…… great for families depending how involved you want to be. If you’re a group of adults looking to be entertained every night then I’d say this isn’t the place for you. My family absolutely loved it, the foam party at the pool was brilliant! We would definitely go back! The only reason we haven’t given 5 stars is because the room was comfortable but basic.

This resort is so well organised and we had a fantastic time. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and had a lovely spacious balcony. The maids who came daily did a fantastic job making beds, cleaning the floors etc. We were very impressed with the buffet restaurant as there was so much choice each day. I am vegetarian but my family are not and we all ate well with lots of variety. The food highlights were numerous: salads, Spanish omelettes, pasta, pizza, stuffed aubergine , cheeses, great pasta bakes, amazing desserts and ice cream etc.. I could go on! For carnivores there were roast meats, fish, specials each day and lovely soups, jacket potatoes etc if you wanted to eat healthier. The staff are fantastic and always ready to clear away plates etc. We enjoyed some of the entertainment. There was a fantastic singer who did covers of Radiohead, Nina Simone etc. Wonderful music and of course with the holiday entertainment you join in with the bits that suit you but there was a great family quiz and there are lots of options for younger children. The bar staff work really hard and there are of course busier times when people just need to wait to be served. On the whole the service is very good. The lifeguards and coffee house staff are great and you can get beach/ pool towels each day from a lovely lady in a kiosk near the large pool. The location is fantastic with a small beach and boat trip options from the jetty there. We used the boat trip service and it was organised and on time (just turn up and buy a ticket) you can visit towns locally for a change of scene. Tui also do more expensive trips if you want that kind of thing. I also need to mention the fantastic tennis facilities. We enjoyed the courts and you can book lessons too. The pools are very clean and there are lifeguards and swimming lessons if you want that. This was our first all inclusive trip and it was a great way to spend a week. Tui magic life impressed us and the staff/ service was great.
