“Relax in Ibiza”

“Peace of mind”

Nice place . Clean and nice . Food is good . Quiet and peaceful place . Recommend this hotel . Right near a harbor town. You can stroll away in a few minutes . It is a long promenade from beach to beach . Beautiful color of the sand . …lush and beautiful ..

“Lovely location”

We stayed at this Adult only hotel for 1 week half board at the end of October. The hotel is in a lovely location on the shore line. The housekeeping team kept the communal areas absolutely clean and tidy. Throughout our stay our bedroom was cleaned perfectly, including the balcony glass. Their high standard was extremely impressive. We had a sea view room with a nice balcony, a table and 2 chairs along with a clothes drying rail. Comfy bed , good storage space lots of hanging space. Bath, over bath shower, toilet , bidet , basin and towel rail in the bathroom. Decent sized bath towel and hand towel . In the hotels website it states that this is smoke free hotel including communal, outside and guest balcony/ tce areas. Unfortunately this was not always the case. We hired good quality beach towels - €10 each refundable deposit , keep your receipt. Safe €9 per week plus a refundable €5 deposit, again keep the receipt. Restaurant is nicely spaced out . Tables cleaned swiftly . Nice spa area which is free, sauna and 2 steam rooms indoor pool and jacuzzi. Several showers that produces different experiences such as cold bucket- full body jets etc, a dozen or so beds to relax on. We didn’t use the gym. Large outdoor swimming pool plenty of sun beds. Life guard on duty who also exchanged beach towels. Library just off foyer. Indoor bar with large lounge. Outdoor terrace bar and snack bar . Currency exchange and cash machine at reception. We visited at a quiet time therefore there was always plenty of staff, space , sun beds, tables etc. Wonderful sun tce area on the 1st floor, that provided covered day bed loungers. We were half board. Food choice was sufficient in variety. Breakfast was good. Dinner was not consistent in quality on some days. Some food labelling was confusing and some just inaccurate. Many of the serving team and even one chef wasn’t always able to advise about the ingredients in some dishes. One example is when a large ‘meat joint’ being served from the carvery was described as chicken kebab meat. I asked the chef what was in it and he said “I don’t know”. Some special diet provision such as gluten free or Vegan was sketchy or not available. Deserts, other than fruit, were not available at all for coeliacs or dairy free guests. Staff appeared not to be knowledgeable on these matters. If you have dietary restrictions you really need to be vigilant about these things. Although we were always able to find sufficient tasty food it was rarely a treat. Drinks were reasonably priced. Impressive aspects for us were Location, hotel building and facilities, staff, cleanliness. Almost all the staff we had dealings with were friendly, helpful and focused on good customer service. Special mention of excellent service from the tall, elegant lady who was usually on reception or on the door in the restaurant: sorry I can’t recall her name. Also Vidal on reception, Maria in the restaurant and the lady who cleaned our room. We will probably return as this hotel delivers so much, so well, but would book B&B only.
