been many times to this hotel and it’s never dissapointing . great location and still has character. The staff, many of which have been there a long time are great from Maria in the dinning room Alicia on reception to the staff who run the bar and lounge, Paco, Tony Mery to name a few who deliver great customer service. Only down side to this visit was the decline in the restaurant offering, lots of special diet milks, spelt , oat, gluten free, but not fat free plain old milk, despite requests it never happened, most of the hot food lacked appeal, strangely from historical at least 3 or 4 choices of ice cream this year only 2 most of the time and no labels to identify the flavours, labelling was a common issue on other products as well. The fresh cooked fish as very good. Housekeeping standards are very good, the pool area and public areas are kept immaculately clean. Hopefully the food offering will be back up to scratch by our next visit.

“Good hotel in a nice location”

Nice hotel, adults only, all areas are clean and bright. Staff are all wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Largish pool with plenty of sunbeds, never had a problem getting one even after walking to town and coming back lunchtime. Rooms were clean with plenty of storage space and tea/ coffee... more

Nice hotel, adults only, all areas are clean and bright. Staff are all wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Largish pool with plenty of sunbeds, never had a problem getting one even after walking to town and coming back lunchtime. Rooms were clean with plenty of storage space and tea/ coffee / kettle provided. Our superior room was first floor with a patio. The patio was a roof terrace, where all rooms had a table and chairs, but also 2 sunbeds for our own use. Out the rear of the hotel is a path either left to a beach (10 mins), or right (15-20 mins) to town. Down- side was food. Breakfast good and plenty of choice, lunch was adequate choice of snacks and reasonably priced, evening meal was poor, rarely able to find a co-ordinated dinner & frequently over or undercooked. Enjoyed our week despite the evening dinners. Entertainment on 4 nights was not that good, but vying for audience with the Euros was frequently a losing battle Overall enjoyable and not too expensive

“Great hotel!”

Loved the hotel! Quiet location, close to a nice beach, beautiful walk tonrhe center with nice promenade. Outstanding service, great food, comfortable matrasses and pillows, fantastic pool. “Not quite the platinum experience”

Let's be absolutely clear this is not a Platinum standard hotel unless TUI have revised it's categories. Yes it's exceptionally clean, the staff are lovely and very helpful especially the snack bar team. The food is reasonable, never hot enough for me unless cooked at the grill. Let's be absolutely clear this is not a Platinum standard hotel unless TUI have revised it's categories. Yes it's exceptionally clean, the staff are lovely and very helpful especially the snack bar team. The food is reasonable, never hot enough for me unless cooked at the grill. If we had a gala night we missed it. 2 nights we eat out and that wasn't cheap. The rooms are big never had so much wardrobe and shelf space. Kettle and cups but no coffee or tea and no actual socket, we ended up plugging it into the one on my bedside cabinet. Again very clean but the wooden units do make it feel a bit dated. Basic small toiletries in the bathroom with a note saying if you wanted more to ask at reception which was their way of saving the planet, but they kept replacing the towels when we didn't ask for it.!!! The pool area clean nice sunbeds but the back of the hotel under the trees is horrible just bare dirt floor and dogs wandering in from the walkers behind. Beach area non existent. Evening entertainment poor except the Motown boys, we won't be back
