On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great stay 💖”
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were really lovely. We booked a last minute holiday and really didn’t know what to expect and I can only say good things. Great service and everything was beautifully clean. Food and cocktails were great too.

“A fun venue with amazing cocktails, food and service”
Always fun and high quality food. Superb cocktails and the staff are amazing! Just wonderful sat by the pool drinking cocktails. Staff are very welcoming. Recommend the pina colada. All the food is amazing as ever. Highly recommend. Look forward to 2025!

“Great value. Would recommend”
Great service, clean, great value for money. Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and adequate. Our room overlooked the streets which were quiet. Service good for drinks and snacks when using the pool area. Will definitely use again and recommend.
