“Family stay. Would recommend”

Excellent hotel. Food is great and what you expect! It’s to a good stand but repetitive. Entertainment is great. The entertainment team work so hard and they are a real assert to the hotel. Rooms are dated but absolutely fine. They are very clean!

“Family dinner”

Service with a smile from Gina, nothing too much trouble. Food good and portions plenty. Family of 8 and all enjoyed starters, mains and puddings. Welcome drinks on arrival were also a nice touch. 5* from us Johnsons, Homers and Cunningham’s xx

Fantastic experience. The meal was top quality and Adrian in particular was very attentive. I would highly recommend to any one coming to Ibiza. The views from the restaurant are as breath taking as the food! I would definitely come back next time we are in Ibiza.

“Come with the right expectations and you will not be disappointed!”

This place should be called Ronseal Holiday village…… it does what it says on the tin. This is the Ibiza holiday village hotel and this services the needs of over 1000 people at peak times (such as now) , and to be fair it does this pretty well. Grounds are tidy and well Maintained , the room (sea view room) was clean and spacious had comfortable beds, warm water with plenty of pressure for showers and British TV channels. Black out blinds also a bonus. Only negative on the room is they are a bit dated with little soundproofing between rooms. Location…. It’s less remote than some large all inclusive hotels which I have been to in the past meaning you can get out and about for an evening stroll on pavements and feel safe but if wanting an abundance of shops / bars and restaurants then keep on looking. Poolside, again clean and well maintained, contrary to complaints there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Yes front row poolside beds get taken pre 0530. But the purpose of this hotel is for kids and families so understandably many guests want the front row for the comfort of seeing their young in the pool. Not everyone can have the front row primes spots so either play the game or don’t. The rules of staying poolside till 8am are not enforced here (personally wish it was) but no grounds to give hotel a bad review for this as the same rules apply to everyone. Food, as said the hotel is catering for 1000 people, canteen is going to be busy, there are going to be rude folk. jumping in, taking more than they need and a bit of noise but that is to be expected on an holiday of this nature. Food was plentiful and of good quality/ variety something to cater for everyone even the pickiest of children. Pasta, pizza, chips, rice, nuggets, bread. All inclusive also good, self service soft drinks, water, ice cream throughout the day with slush and alcoholic drinks behind the bar. Entertainment. The staff are very enthusiastic and want everyone to enjoy themselves but it’s the same stuff as you get elsewhere. (It works). Waterpark, high ropes, football academy all good. So, if wanting time in the sun, somewhere where the facilities (all facilities) are generally good not necessarily great and arrive knowing this you will enjoy it here. If looking for a 5 star personal experience, delivered in a modern environment with relaxing dining experiences then this place is not for you. Keep on looking and dig deeper into those pockets, or go off peak. If looking for somewhere to kick back and let the kids have fun, have no fears. So question is, would I come again - yea probably would. Party of 3, mum, dad, boy aged 11
