Me and my wife stayed end of May/early June 2024 and we’ve stayed here several times before. All the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything for our 10 day stay was well explained at checkin and a hotel map was provided clearly explaining the location of the facilities, restaurants and rooms. Wi-Fi password also provided at checkin and worked well throughout our stay. We had a hire car and were able to find parking on the streets either side of the hotel. Room was as always spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Cleaning and fresh towels every few days. La Bahia and Playa Bella restaurant at the hotel were both great. Lots of food choices and the staff were very attentive. Entertainment at the Playa Bella restaurant every night. Pool area spotlessly clean as well as everywhere else at the hotel. Location is ideal with everything you need around you. There is a bus to Ibiza airport at the top of the road and boat taxi over to San Antonio a short walk around the bay. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Playa Bella and we will definitely be back again soon.

We stayed at the Playa Bella 10-19th June 24. The room we had was ideal for a family of 3 with pool / bay view. It was cleaned every 3 days with new sheets and towels. Pool area was always spotless. We went self catering and shopped for breakfast and lunch food at the eroski which was 200 yrds away. Then ate out at local places in the evening. Chinese restaurant across the road is stunning and had the best steak of my life at minimalist bar opposite eroski, after 7 they cook it on the grill infront of you. Taxi to and from San Antonio bus station is about €11. Bus to Evissa capital is the L3 and €2.10 each. Lidl by bus station. Boat taxi is €5 each but nice way to get across the bay. Go to Kumharas for sunset, get there for 8pm to get a spot. Walk about 5 mins to Dodo for amazing Icecream. Lots of looky looky men but they are respectful. I can see why people return here year after year. We will be going back. Thanks Playa Bella for a great holiday xx

Probably the most friendly and helpful reception staff of anywhere we have stayed in Spain and the Balearics over the last 40 years or so. We were allocated a studio apartment on the first floor. It had a great sea view and the unfinished building to the side didn’t spoil things at all. Just made it very private and quiet. The sun shone on the terrace from 6.am til 4.pm. Plenty of shade from the balcony above from lunchtime onwards. Cleaning was very good for the first week, regular towel and bed change. During the last few days it was a bit less regular. possible due to a storm one night, which dropped lots of sand everywhere. The cleaners seemed to be working flat out to get it sorted. If you need clean towels you only have to ask at reception. The Play Bella restaurant is excellent. The Nasi goreng is so good. Brilliant value for money. Waiters very friendly. Great customer service. It was our first visit to San Antonio Bay, but much prefer Es Cana and Santa Eulalia area. Mainly because we go to the beach rather than stay around a pool. Unfortunately no sun bed hire on the beach close to the hotel. Playa Bella itself is perfect for families, but for couples ( perhaps a bit more mature) a bit busy. That being said we had a really enjoyable holiday.

We stayed here as a family of 3 in June 2024 and was quite disappointed by it after getting high expectations reading previous reviews. Firstly we had a 1 bedroom apartment which we thought would be a good size for us but was small and also didn’t have a lot of storage space. We also had issues with ants in the room and never felt it was that clean. On arrival we had to ask for it to be recleaned us under the sofa bed was very dirty. We also had a cockroach in the bathroom one day. The hotel itself I didn’t feel was a family friendly as we expected. The splash pool was smaller than we had in previous years and the main pool was cold. Kids disco didn’t last very long in the evening as most the kids club was taken up by facepainting. Positives were the restaurant on the entertainment side was very good. Amazing food and friendly staff. Also the entertainment after mini disco was good. We took the water taxi to San Antonio which was very good and would recommend The local area also didn’t have much to do and looked like lots had shut since covid and looked like it had sent better days. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this hotel or the resort itself
