Great hotel for the price. Stayed for 5 nights with the family, rooms are ok with adequate kitchen area if self catering. Great hotel for the price. Stayed for 5 nights with the family, rooms are ok with adequate kitchen area if self catering. The on site restaurants, two, are ok however one is more expensive for pretty much the same menu. The hotel pools kept the children entertained. Nearby are shops, bars and restaurants we were out of season so it was very quiet. It’s a 2 mile walk into main San Antonia. We hired a car and a 35 min drive to the old town was well worth it, designer shops, restaurants, cafes and views a plenty, along with a few other attractions. Great island will def go back. Oh, one point next to the hotel is a part finished building/building site it’s massive and covered in graffiti it did not bother us but it’s def there. The hotel staff are all amazing.

“Best of both worlds, self catering and hotel holiday”

Booked 4 nights at the end of October. Booked a studio for 2 adults and 1 child. It was by the pool which turned out to be a perfect location. Studio very nicely furnished and well equipped, fantastic shower and comfy beds. We didn't know what day to expect the cleaner so when she knocked on I'd just finished sweeping up and cleaning so we just asked for towels. We made breakfast each day in the studio- bought cakes and bread and eggs and juice at the shop (avoid the spar, walk a bit further to the eroski, fab fresh foods and fair prices). We ate twice in the evening at the hotels restaurant near the stage which was actually really really good especially the oriental style food! Also enjoyed the pizzeria called why not, just up the steps above our room in fact. On another day we joined the land train (a 1 day October music/ tapas festival which we were lucky enough to be there for!) So we ate bits and bobs at each place we visited. Pool was freezing but that's to be expected. Nice though. Also got the water taxi over to san antonio. Fabulous meal at mudito. Entertainment at the playa bella was much better than expected and even included some kids club, mini disco and kids movie night, my little one loved all this...we felt we had the best of both worlds here - freedom to do a bit of self catering and exploring and eating out (we visited eivissa also and enjoyed some tapas there for lunch one day) but still facilties at the accommodation in the evening so we could enjoy a drink while our little girl enjoyed herself. Would definitely return if wanted a similar type of break again.

On the whole, we enjoyed our stay here, 2 families of 3 adults, 2x 14 yr olds and a 10 year old. Here is a full review - Staff- reception staff were amazing, whatever we asked of them they did, and we asked a lot. Efficient and friendly. This includes communication via e mail prior to arrival, most of what we requested was granted. Staff in the bars were also pretty good. Entertainment was what you'd expect - we enjoyed the one man show- he was brilliant, so good in fact that he even managed to get me on stage (YMCA). Security patrol at nights which is good as it is fairly open. POOL- great with plenty of beds available though they are very low. Bars- all were ok, nothing flamboyant but did the trick. Nearby bars/ food stops- Johnny's burgers, the Chinese nearby, the kitchen were all great. Room- spacious, adequate with microwave, kettle toaster, 2 rings . Beds were ok, our balcony was large, but the walls separating each balcony are pretty small, so not that private in most cases. Some balconies are smaller but are private (higher up). Maid service - pretty good (2/3 times in a week )and you can ask at reception for towel changes should you need them. You can also rent beach towels. Not many negatives, coach drops you at the corner/ top of the street and picks you up there which means you have to pull cases up a small incline. Drinks and food are priced a little high, but they are in some other bars too so not much difference mainly. Lifts are available but are small. Put your luggage in and walk up to get it is my tip. Lovely views from most rooms/the pool area and restaurants. Catch the bus to Ibiza town (ask at reception to show you the stops etc) and go up to the castle which has spectacular views from the top- 2.55 euros on the bus. castle is free to look around, we would return here maybe in a few years time maybe.

“ok hotel”

Arrive here 25/10/24 on arrival after having an early flight we just wanted to get to the room yet was told we had to wait until 3pm for check in. Nowhere in the documents did it state this before arriving. So we put our bags in the baggage area and went for a walk. The room 535 actually was right… more

Arrive here 25/10/24 on arrival after having an early flight we just wanted to get to the room yet was told we had to wait until 3pm for check in. Nowhere in the documents did it state this before arriving. So we put our bags in the baggage area and went for a walk. The room 535 actually was right ontop of the family next door like there's no wall etc in-between so no private at all. There was also a chipped glass in the room and all paint work by the air con all chipping away. Other than this the room was OK. The key to open the door to block 5 was a pain as sometimes it wouldn't work. Food at the hotel was nice especially the breakfast and good value. The beach right outside the hotel stank of waste and was black. Water taxi was fun yet couldn't get a return due to it being their last day and changed times to suit them. 5 euros each in October yet before this it was 3 euros. Cool cafe down the road was excellent for food and also Johnny's along with great music. Most things were all closed. I would give hotel for this time of year a 3 star and that's due to the fantastic bar staff and breakfast. Right next door is an eye sore with the abandoned building
