On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Stayed here twice now and I will be back this August, no complaints at all! People say about the hotel being loud and unable to sleep at times but this has never been the case for me and the lads. On one of my stays our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel where people would come in at all hours of the day/night but never once did it cause a disturbance. This hotel is exactly what you want if you are in Ibiza for a party holiday. If you are looking for a more relaxing and peaceful then I'd say look elsewhere!

I had a great stay at Ibiza Rocks it’s pretty trendy looking and I loved it - I was there at the tail end so only got 2 main stage events the rest of it was poolside sessions with resident djs which was still ok and still a great buzz about the place You’ve got the chill out pool great selection/quality of drinks and breakfast was inc and good standard and selection (happy hour on cocktails midday to 1pm) The staff throughout the hotel / reception / bars / cleaners were all great and friendly Rooms were decent spacious and modern decor (showers could do with a revamp but I managed with what I had Could be a bit noisy through the night with the youngsters coming back in but it’s Ibiza ! All in all a great time great hotel and would go again and definitely recommend to anyone to give it a try

“Chillout team amazing”
İ am having the best time with the staff of chillout. The cocktails are amazing and Lisa and Jorge are really nice and funny staff. nice alcohol in here and the breakfast was really good and complete, also the rooms are very clean and comfortable!!

I was about 20 years too old to be here ! I expected it to be full of a younger crowd but as it was just out of season I stupidly thought it would be less.....noisy! I would have absolutely loved this place in my 20s, but at 45 I simply didn't. Loved the area, the beaches, the sunset. The actual hotel was nice, breakfast good, staff great. No complaints there. I shall be sticking to quieter hotels in future but if you love the party vibe at all times of day and night, this is the hotel for you! Now, I need a good night's sleep 😴 💤
