“Great location, but too Noisy!”

This hotel was a mixed bag for me. The staff were fantastic especially the security staff ensuring only guests of the hotel were getting past the reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was really clean including the toilets by the pool. The pool area was really busy but it did have a good atmosphere around it with a DJ. There's a beach in walking distance and you can grab a water taxi to other places so there are other options. The breakfast was plentiful and again staff helpful but the vibe was more quantity than quality. Although in a great location for places like O Beach and Cafe Mambo the hotel was too noisy. Full of kids on their first holiday, our corridor was horrendous at times with people having races around it, playing knock a door run at 2 and 4am. Drunken people often knocking your door down as they had the wrong room at all hours of the morning. Screaming and shouting on their return home from partying all night. I like a balance of both sleep and partying so I'd stay elsewhere. Also beware of the hotel pulling a fast one on the rooms. I paid extra to have my own double room and the hotel tried to pass off a single misery room however this was rectified quickly. Also rooms were quite tight space wise as my friends were sharing 3 to a room and they had just shoved an extra bed in a double room so no room to swing a cat. Ibiza is ace and I can't wait to go again but wouldn't return to this hotel.
