“Perfect for a girls trip”

We loved this hotel, stayed for 4 nights as a group of girls. Always felt safe as there was 24/7 security at the door. The rooms were clean, modern and had everything you could need. We had breakfast included and the breakfast was great, had a good range of food that tasted lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of San Antonio, close to bars, restaurants and the bus station! Pool area was crowded but was nice and had a dj and dancers which was cool ! This hotel is perfect for a trip to Ibiza!

“Pleasantly surprised! Would stay again.”

Just got back from 4 nights here. Overall very happy, great value for money. Rooms were clean, all public areas always clean too. Was worried that it would be dark and dingy with it being decorated black and red, but actually still felt bright in the rooms. We had a two single beds which was annoying as a couple but can appreciate that most people are in friend groups so makes more sense for them. Room overall was nice and modern, plenty of space, nice big shower, has a hair dryer, tele and fridge. We also had a sea view room which has a beautiful view of the harbour. Saw some reviews complaining about the noise, and that rooms weren't very sound proof, but genuinely don't know what they were talking about. The balcony door literally blocked out all the outside noise (and it was very noisy outside!) Never heard anything from either side of us, occasionally would hear people going up and down the corridor, but no more than in any other hotel in a quieter resort! We were all inclusive, had been a bit apprehensive about what food might be like after seeing some reviews, it wasn't Michelin star or anything, but certainly a good choice, and always pretty tasty. Restaurant was always kept clean and tidy. Only ate from pool snack bar once, that was just your more basic, chicken nuggets, chips etc, they did just reheat that, but to be honest, after day drinking, then forgetting to eat lunch, I was pretty happy to eat chicken nuggets and they still tasted good. Drinks wise, plenty of choice, had Esrella on tap, wine, cocktails and soft drinks on tap. Definitely worth all inclusive as we saved our selves money. Age group wise, whilst I would say it was mainly under 25's, they're was still a mix of older groups on stags/hens etc, and even some couples/groups 50+ age. We were there for my husbands 30th, and didn't feel too out of place age wise. Pool area was pretty good, never really went to the big pool up the top, but there was a smaller dip pool at the bottom and a lot more beds down there and chairs/tables too. We never struggled to find somewhere to sit, but can imagine July/August time it may be busier? Staff we all polite/friendly, security at the entrance was good to see, there was never any trouble so it must have been a good deterrent. Location is perfect, pretty much on the door step to everything, only thing which is a bit more of a walk is cafe mambo, but it's still literally only 10 mins. And the bars like ibiza rocks, and all that area are like 2 mins and we much preferred, a good mix of dancey bars and chill out bars. There is also, barbers, hairdressers and a tattooist on site which we didn't use but always seemed busy. If I could suggest any improvements, maybe have a few rooms with double beds on offer? (If there isn't already). And for all-inclusive, include some water in the fridge, or even maybe pay a refundable deposit for a reusable bottle that can be filled a the bar? Would be a nice touch. Overall 4.5/5, 100% would stay here again, ignore the bad reviews!

“We enjoyed our holiday but improvements neeeded here!”

Pros - Location is perfect, Beds clean and comfortable and cleaned everyday, staff are friendly, Rooms are a little small, Cons - Breakfast is cold and poor quality, Swimming Pool far to small for a complex this size, Late Checkout charge €80 ridiculous amount, Dropped off at bus station and not told where the hotel was, Security didn’t see drugs around the pool and didn’t really do much when walking around, lifts are far too small.
