This is a really lovely hotel and the staff are outstanding! It’s beautifully clean, great food, and spacious rooms ( make sure you book a sea view). The staff really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are so helpful. Particularly Judith on reception and Costas in the restaurant. The big down side for me was the location. To be fair it’s very clear in the booking description that it’s next to O beach, but I hadn’t expected that level of music noise from 12pm until 11pm. That is literally the only reason I wouldn’t return, everything else is perfect! I still had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to Ibiza

“Not-so-crowded Ibiza Hotel ”

The location of the hotel is great as it is walking distance to the centre and in a quieter location. It is next door to Ocean Club so you can hear the noise from the parties. The location of the hotel is great as it is walking distance to the centre and in a quieter location. It is next door to Ocean Club so you can hear the noise from the parties. At the time of our booking we could have free entry to the beach club but you have to get there early. We opted for bed and breakfast and breakfast was served until midday so it actually made for a good enough lunch. The pool area was very peaceful and there were not that many people. The hotel was exceptionally clean but it did feel a bit sterile and perhaps could have more ambience. I would definitely recommend it to others and hope that it is just slightly better value for money. Eg perhaps more toiletries such as hair conditioner could be made available. Or something to justify the price of the hotel room.

Clean hotel with nice pool area but there are better hotels certainly for the money! Was given an access room down a dark corridor as hotel was supposedly full so nothing like photos which was disappointing and did not feel premium with the bathroom flooding every time I showered. Although when I asked for a mop I was kindly provided with one but no offer to assist! To be fair though staff were on the whole very helpful. Limited breakfast choice as off a menu so not usual buffet option. Close to nice little beach but San Antonio centre a good 10 min walk so depends what you want. All in all hotel felt quite sterile and certainly wouldn’t be my first choice if returning to San An.
