“Nice hotel - value for money”

We stayed here in June and booked two rooms, one normal pool view and one deluxe pool view. Overall, we thought the hotel offered good value for money. Check in - very fast and efficient. Staff at reception were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful and service with a smile. Rooms - we had a basic room and a deluxe room both with a pool view. Obviously the deluxe was the better, a more modern room which had a fridge and overall in a newer condition. The basic rooms beds were of a reasonable quality and overall, we didn't have any issues. Towels and the usual shower gel etc are provided. There are balconies on every room with chairs provided. Meals - we just opted for breakfast which was absolutely fine. A good selection of continental and English breakfast which was the usual buffet style help yourself. The staff did a good job of keeping everything provided and tidy. Pool area - this opens at 10am to 7pm and we could always find a sun bed without issue. There are areas of shade and most of the pool area will get the sun throughout the day. The pool itself was a bit of different design which we quite liked as it had different depth entry points and a nice shallow area to lie in. The water was a nice temperature. There was music played all day although this was at a lower volume which was just about right. Bar area - the bar was by the pool and open when the pool was and later into the evening. We found the prices very reasonable and the staff very friendly and polite. Guests - This part we weren't keen on. It's not a fault of the hotel in any way but we do feel it needs a quick mention. Firstly, this is Ibiza and if you go to Ibiza then you should really know what to expect. It is a younger, party resort and you will be woken numerous times throughout the night as they make their way back from their nights out after consuming drinks and cocktails of various types. It's only to be expected so if you want an unbroken sleep, perhaps consider another hotel or even a different island. The room design does help to minimise this but there's certainly no way of getting away from it. Overall - a nice hotel, in an excellent location and the staff were the main thing that stood out to us and do a very good job of keep the hotel running. It is a party location so do expect a little noise now and again but it's nothing excessive.
