“Fab 3* star family break”

We loved this 3* star hotel. We got a great price from Jet2 as a last minute getaway. Family of four in compact “premium” room (2 double beds - air con- no rack on balcony for drying wet clothes - fridge costs extra ) for 6 days/5 nights £1300 all Inc. Transfer took bit longer as we had to wait for next flight of peeps to join our coach but only say 10-15 mins. Yea Agee about 45 mins but roads but windy. Checkin fast. Room was ready luckily (usually not available til 3pm and check out 12.) Nb. I’d recommend booking room longer on departure day as changing room tiny and rammed and HOT! Think it was 30/40 euro to keep room. Worth imo. The food was great; fresh salads and show cooking of meat- simple but tasty. Puddings often wet / mouse / jelly type - stopped me eating them! We also really enjoyed the Chinese themed night - so good! All Inc drinks were good too - yes you have a token/ cup swap at the bar but it’s better for environment, plus not lots of used cups everywhere. You can pay extra euro for another cup if it bothers you (size rather on small side.) Plus- the cocktails were mixed up, not from a machine. Yum! Roof top bar was lovely. Position of hotel near to beach, shops and restaurants. Strip within walking distance. Kids club. Wow! Lara and Georgia were fantastic! My kids skipped off every mor ing and then afternoons the ladies played with them in the pool. Oh and the family pool is great, kids can walk in and it gradually slopes deeper so quite safe (as pools go.) Plenty of sun loungers. Toilets bit whiffy but cleaned regularly- put sandals on and stop moaning! Life guard on site but distracted by her girlfriend much of the time. There was stash of inflatables that guests left - this was great! What a pity staff get throwing them in a thorny patch of bushes. This is A BIG PLUS so I wish the pool staff would take some care. Any burst ones were left looking untidy. One day I took an hour to deflate / empty water if torn inflatables and tidy them in to bin. Why doesn’t the bored life guard have some initiative to look after inflatables - this is a huge plus to families? This is a great 3*** hotel. Go enjoy it. Maybe you’ll want to return like us!

Very good second stay at this hotel, its a great value family friendly hotel in San Antonio, close to beach, shops, bus etc. The evening entertainment seemed much improved since last year even putting on shows in the large hotel foyer/bar area due to poor weather. The entertainment team go above and beyond what you might expect at a three star hotel, the kids club is excellent and Lara remembered our daughter from last year, she must see thousands of kids a year! Food is probably what you expect, snack bar is good during the day, Bad bits still the same, rooms are noisy but that seemed to be from guests that are just generally very loud in corridors etc. The cover has gone off one part of the kids play area so thats in direct sun much of the time now. Maybe get the water feature working in the main pool as shown in photos. Would consider booking again as our daughter loved it.

A good location for couples, friends and any family. Room was adequate with decent AC and cleaned daily. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Alvaro for the continuous entertainment and energy. The highlight of the hotel has to be the roof top terrace with the comfy sunbeds, beautiful views of the sunset and large, strong glasses of a multitude of cocktails. Only downside being the access to the sport equipment, if someone else is using the equipment and decides to hold onto it despite not playing, there is no system to ensure other have a turn.

Hi i came to the Hotel with Two Friends we had a 10 day stay all exclusive the food was ok but no tea or coffee with lunch time meals you had to go all the way to bar, the Rooms were nice and clean however Very Noisy and very Understaffed Especially the bar areas and the snack bar the main bar the lads David and Antonio / Tony were brilliant so happy friendly The rest were Miserable we also was not happy with plastic beakers for drinking alcohol .. the Sun Terrace was amazing watching and Waiting for the sunset Stunning better than going to Cafe Mambo beach Do not get me started on that area Biggest RIPP OFF ever but i will say that there was nothing to do for Our age Group 50 - 60s regarding Entertainment unless you were in a couple or Family the surrounding areas out side we found it was RAVE Music 24 - 7 in every single bar . we Knew its a younger 18 - 20s Persons place but there should at least Be a bar or Club that Plays other dance music other than RAVE Trip Advisors should advise its not for 50- 60s unless they love hard core Rave music : (( the beaches are lovely but very expensive to sit on Sun Loungers £20 - 25 per day Kerry
