On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

What can I say, never before on a holiday have I had such a positive experience from a hotel. Nicole and the team made us feel like royalty, and couldn't do enough for us. We were offered a room upgrade upon arrival to help support myself and my disability needs which was really appreciated. The room was simple, but had everything you could possibly need and anything we had forgotten (travel plug) Nicole helped us to source. The pool is a good size and temperature and we spent a few days around it soaking up the sunshine and exploring the island in the evenings. Plenty of sunbeds and benefit of pool side showers and bar/snacks throughout the day, as well as a pool table, table tennis and basketball and tennis court. We mentioned places we would like to visit to Nicole (one being the hippy markets) and returned to our room later that day to find information on the markets printed along with bus timetables highlighted with the routes we would need to take. Nicole goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best possible and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. We would highly recommend this as a budget friendly hotel which offers all it can. The location is great being only 1km from San Antonio strip which is walkable or taxi for 6 euros, so you can go and party but far enough so it is quiet enough to sleep at night. We had the best time on our trip to ibiza, and can't thank Nicole and her team enough. And yes, we are already discussing returning again next year to the same hotel which says a lot. Thank you again Nicole, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you

“Quiet Hotel just tucked away from the mayhem”
A great little hotel that is just perfectly out the way of the main areas of San Antonio, but 5/10 mins walk for either the Bay or the livelier, so it’s quiet. A great little hotel that is just perfectly out the way of the main areas of San Antonio, but 5/10 mins walk for either the Bay or the livelier, so it’s quiet. The hotel is constantly being kept clean by those that work there. They are an asset to the hotel. Rooms are a good size with enough storage space. Safe free to use in bedrooms Pool area kept tidy. Outside Bar could do with opening at 11am rather than 12pm, but it wasn’t an issue. Enough options for breakfast, although my only gripe and I’m being picky as this hotel was really good, is that the cooked food needs to be kept hotter for longer. But I think that’s the only little issue I had Would I stay there again, most definitely. Thank you to all that work here, we had a great time and even had a pet Gecko !

This review is for the lady on Reception called Penelope Part. My Son missed his flight home and lost is wallet and bank card (yes this was due to too much alcohol!). I'm sure she see's things like this all the time but she decided to help Sean. She managed to call me on Insta and stayed on the phone for 90 mins while we tried to sort things out - this was after her shift. We managed to transfer some money into her bank account but even though it wasn't going to deposit until the next day she trusted us and got the cash out. Penelope then organised for Sean to stay in another hotel because they were full and even walked him over to ensure he got there safe! She wouldn't leave us until we had sorted the new flight too. I can't thank Penelope enough for her kindness, she is a huge asset to Vibra Bay. If I ever come to Ibiza I will take you out for dinner! lol Much love, Sharon xx

Our experience at Vibra Bay was 10/10!! We really don’t have any complaints. - The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful! - Sunbeds have been upgraded they were sp comfortable and really nice! Was sun all day long and they even had umbrellas. - pool area was always clean and tidy! They also had a life guard. - bar was quite affordable and food was really nice - breakfast was actually so good! I wasn’t expecting much but it was really really nice. - You can get reception to order you a taxi and it often came within 5 minutes which is really good! Saves you waiting for a taxi somewhere else or at a rank. - also had a shower in the gym you could use which was useful when check out is at 11 and you have a later flight. - our rooms were basic but to be honest it had everything we needed. Air con worked well and bathroom was clean. - the location is so perfect. There is a spar just up the road for any essentials, a short walk to everything as well as a 20 min walk to the bus station. Thank you! We would defo return.
