“The Best Wedding Stay”

For anyone debating getting married in Ibiza, absolutely go for it. We got married in September at Hard Rock Hotel and the entire process and day was just absolutely magical. We've just got our photos back and are reliving them and hope to inspire others to get married on this magical island! We stayed at the Hard Rock for 10 days- 5 days before the wedding, the actual wedding day and then 4 days following. I honestly cannot describe how unbelievable the service was from start to finish. We were treat like absolute royalty from the concierge service, all of the staff. From helping with our mountains of luggage, moving things around on the day, turn down service, bar staff, cleaners and just greetings in the corridor. It was just the best 10 days of our lives and we wouldn't recommend this hotel anymore. We split our stay, predominately in the gold suite which was amazing and so spacious. On the wedding day and night it was spent in a rock suite which again, was stunning, spacious and immaculate. We were so overwhelmed to return to the room after the wedding to find personalised messages and champagne, a really unexpected and thoughtful touch. Cami, the coordinator for palladium weddings and events needs a special mention. She was helpful, her communication was amazing and she put everyone at ease. Without you, the day would not have run as faultlessly as it did. We are eternally grateful for you and the company has a diamond in you. Even the breakfast, we can't fault- who doesn't love truffled eggs and make your own smoothies! Although we didn't manage to get to it on occasion due to Hi being across the road! All in all, we are looking forward to rebooking to visit the Hard Rock and would not return to another hotel in Ibiza (we have been to many). You have a special place in our hearts and you have truly made our wedding experience unforgettable. Love the Bramleys x,

Honestly, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing, especially around the pool, in particular "Kiike"! Honestly, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing, especially around the pool, in particular "Kiike"! They were so so friendly, despite having to work in very hot temperatures and serving people from 11AM! The music around the pool was amazing and got the vibes going for the rest of the day. “Don’t stay here if your girls on your own !!!”

Hotel was wonderful apart from on our 3rd night the fire alarm went off at 1 and we evacuated our room however no one else did and there was no one on reception and the security guard told us to wait outside our room in the dark. after we got back to the room we were unable to sleep as we were petrified and then the night following it went off twice at 1am and 4am however we chose to stay in our room as we didn’t feel safe leaving it which in the event of a real fire could be very unsafe if ignored however after it had gone off throughout the night and in the day time we took the risk to maintain that we were safe . On our first two days we walked down into the town to get some drinks from the shop however we felt very unsafe. On the second night we walked along the beach and we ended up having to run away from a pervert who was calling us over and looking at us up and down. The night after this we decided to go back on the beach but sit on the edge of the hard rocks own beach and again there were perverts walking past and recording groups of girls and also on our last few nights we could smell strong weed. Don’t stay here if you are girls on your own it’s not safe. On the other hand the staff couldn’t do enough for you the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful and all the staff were kind and polite.
